Warm molten centred chocolate cupcakes

For 8 you'll need

  • 4 tbsp Soft margarine
  • 55g (2oz) Caster sugar
  • 1 Large egg
  • 85g (3oz) Self raising flour
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 8 Squares of Milk chocolate
  • 8 Cake cases
  • 8
  • 15-20 mins

Method

Put the margarine, sugar, egg, flour and cocoa into a large bowl and mix together until smooth.

Spoon half the mixture into the paper cases, using a small spoon make an indentation into the centre of each cake and place a chunk of chocolate. Spoon over the remaining mixture.

Bake in a pre-heated oven 190'C/375'F for around 20 minutes or untill well risen and springy to touch.

Tip

Eat whilst warm, otherwise plonk them in the microwave for 10 seconds.
