Tortilla Pizzas

For As many as you like you'll need

  • Tortilla wraps (one or two per person)
  • tomato puree
  • For the topping - whatever you fancy the following are ideas that have worked well for us
  • black olives, red onion, courgette, cherry tomatoes, cheddar
  • or
  • baby spinach, feta cheese, red onion, black olives
  • or
  • garlic (oil or chopped up pieces), courgette, avocado, spring onions, cheddar
  • As many as you like
  • 4 mins


1. Preheat grill to high. 2. Spread tomato puree over once side of the tortilla wrap. 3. Cover with the toppings of your choice and grill for four minutes so that the tortilla 'base' has become crispy. 4. Eat and enjoy!


Use greaseproof paper to line the bottom of the grill where you put the 'pizza' in - it stops it getting stuck and is a lot easier to transfer to your plate.
