Organix Minty Pea and Goats Cheese Purée

For 3 - 5 portions dependent upon appetite you'll need

  • Ingredients
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 50g soft goat cheese
  • A few mint leaves
  • 3 - 5 portions dependent upon appetite
  • 10 mins

Method

1. Simmer the frozen peas in water for about 10minutes or until hot
2. Blend together the peas, mint and goat cheese

Tip

This puree is also ideal to stir into a risotto, simply stir the puree into the risotto halfway through cooking. You can add a few extra peas and some additional goat cheese and parmesan for extra flavour.
