Add ingredients all in order to breadmaker, set to dough setting usually 1hr 30, check after 5mins if too dry add more water, if too wet add more flour
Preheat oven 10mins before you want to cook naan with 2 baking sheets says to 450F (im just doing it to max my oven will go)
When cycle done, turn dough out onto floured surface and punch down, divide into 8 pieces and cover remainder while you roll out and shape each piece, ideally to quarter inch thick.
Cook for 4-5mins till puffed out
Have included bradmaker time in cooking time.
** CAN FREEZE **
You can add garlic, any spices, cooked onion to mixture at stage approx 5-10mins after cycle starts (I would suggest this)
