Macaroni Cheese with Brocolli

You'll need

  • Small pasta shapes such as macaroni
  • Plain flour
  • Grated cheese
  • whole milk/cream (if you prefer)
  • butter
  • brocolli
  • 20 mins


Boil pasta until desired consistency Steam the brocolli Pour some milk into a pan and gradually add the flour til you get a thick but manageable consistency (stirring all the time) Add the grated cheese and butter gradually Mix the sauce with the pasta and brocolli


The pasta doesnt freeze well, but you could make up a batch of the sauce and freeze it, and just make up fresh pasta when you need it
