1. Warm the wraps in the microwave. Then in the centre of each wrap place some baby spinach, tomatoes, red onion, olives and feta cheese.
2. Put a drizzle of oil over the top of the ingredients and add a bit of black pepper to taste.
3. wrap up and scoff!
If you find the wrapping up a bit tricky - cocktail sticks keep them folded in place if you can't just leave them open until eating!
