Filled Pasta Shells

For 1 you'll need

  • Filled Pasta Shells
  • 4 to 6 conchiglioni pasta (giant pasta shells)
  • Slice of ham chopped
  • ½ tbsp. sweetcorn kernels
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
  • A little low fat plain yoghurt
  • Rest of the lunchbox
  • 1 pack of Cheestrings spaghetti
  • 25g Blueberry popcorn Add a small handful of blueberries to homemade popcorn (made with olive oil, no salt) (please refer to packaging for further instructions)
  • Small apple
  • Water
  • 1
  • 5 mins


Cook the pasta shells for the required time according to the cooking instructions and allow to cool Simply mix the tomatoes, corn, yoghurt and ham together Stuff each shell with the filling and wrap each individually in silver foil Tip: If you find it difficult to get your child to eat vegetables, start with just a small amount disguised in the yoghurt dressing & build up the amount slowly over time.
