Preheat the oven to 170ºC (375ºF, gas mark 5)
Prepare baking sheet with 12 deep muffin cases
Sieve flour, cocoa and baking powder in to a bowl.
Stir in the sugar.
Add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla - Mix well
Finally add the chocolate chunks
Spoon the mixture into baking cases.
Bake for approximately 20 mins or until springy to the touch and then transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool
