1 tin tomato soup (I like the one with hint of basil)
1 tin sliced carrots
3 beef oxo cubes
freshly ground black pepper
fresh herbs to personal taste I usually use rosemary & thyme
For best result I usually marinade my beef in the rosemary & thyme overnight although it is still nice
if you put herbs in at start of cooking.
My usual method is beef in slow cooker then 1 oxo cube & pepper & herbs if you haven't marinaded.
Then 1 of the soups followed by another oxo cube, the carrots & finally the last soup with oxo cube. Give it a stir put on medium for 4 to 6 hours.
