You will be surprised at just how much sugar there is in some of your favourite foods.  

Babies should never have sugar added to their food.

Children aged between 4-6 should have no more than 5 teaspoons of sugar per day.

Children aged between 7-10 should have no more than 6 teaspoons of sugar per day.

Adults should have no more than 7 teaspoons of sugar per day.
