Parents need to stop their children using the products immediately!

Parents are advised to be aware of the various recalls affecting children's toys and clothes sold at popular chain stores.

Marks and Spencer, Next and Toys R Us are recalling children's products as a precaution after potential problems were identified during safety checks.

The products could pose a safety risk to young children, and parents are urged to return the items to stores for a full refund.

M&S has identified a design fault with pyjamas aimed at girls from age 7 to 16.

While no injuries have been reported, the retail found their is a possibility that the position of the drawstring on the garment could present a safety hazard.

Marks and Spencer is now recalling the product and advises customers to stop using it immediately.

Customers who have purchased this product or received it as a gift are asked to return it immediately to any M&S Store (except Simply Food and Outlet stores), where a full refund will be given.

Next

Next is recalling children's coats after a potential problem was identified with the buttons.

The coat passed the rigorous testing required for childrenswear; but Next has since found a problem with the bulk production which saw buttons becoming detached and presenting a choking hazard.

Next is now recalling the following coats:

If you have bought these coats you can call 0333 777 8185 to arrange a collection, or return it to your local store.

A Next spokesman said: "We're very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience caused, but we hope you'll understand that customer safety is our highest priority."

Retailer Toys R Us is recalling a toy ball as it could be a choking risk.

The Bruin Wiggle Ball is being recalled as the ball's rubber knobs and plastic back could detach from the ball and be a choking hazard to small children.

 

The toy is identified by item number 067369 and model number 5F6342E.

Toys 'R' Us advises parents and caregivers to keep the toy away from their children and return it to Babies ‘R’ Us or Toys ‘R’ Us for a refund.

The retailer said: “No other products sold by Babies ‘R’ Us are affected by this notice.”
