England Hero Harry Kane And Fiancée Katie Goodland Announce Birth Of Baby Daughter!

They shared a beautiful picture (above) of their new addition, revealing Katie, 25, had a water birth and no pain relief, and championed hypnobirthing

The Spurs player, 24, wrote: 'Our beautiful addition to the family! Vivienne Jane Kane. So proud of @kategoodersxx for having the most amazing water birth with no pain relief at all. #mygirls #hypnobirthing.;

Fans were quick to praise the couple for using hypnobirthing for the delivery of their second child although the footballer did receive some criticism online.

In January last year, the couple had personal joy when they welcomed their first child, Ivy Jane, 20 months old, (with both babies sharing the same middle name).

Meant to be: The couple started dating when they were aged 16 when in school - Harry shared this throwback to his school prom on social media

The duo have enjoyed Kane's rise together - speaking in 2015, he revealed that they went to the same school.

However, the footballer was also criticised for saying he was ‘proud’ of his childhood sweetheart for not having any pain relief during the water birth

They became friends while at Larkswood Primary in east London, before they moved on together to nearby Chingford Foundation School, where Beckham, who captained the England squad almost 60 times, had been a pupil.

They started dating in 2012 when they were aged 16 and attended the school prom together.

Childhood sweethearts: They got engaged in Nassau, Bahamas, in July 2017 and in the England international's own words: 'She said yes!'

Harry told Esquire magazine in 2015: ‘We went to school together, so she’s seen my whole career.

'Of course, she’s finding it a little crazy. I think she’s even been in the papers a couple of times taking the dogs out.’

Harry also once said: ‘When I was in school, she was my friend. We always spoke, but just got closer and closer and it went from there.'

Kane also said he trusts Katie, who has a degree in sports science, because he's known her so long.

He said: 'If I was single now and meeting people, you’d never know if they were with you for the right reasons.

'Is it the money? You’d never really know. So I’m lucky that I’ve got a childhood sweetheart.’

He added: ‘She always wanted to do her own thing. She went to university and worked hard.

‘I have a great family, they keep me grounded and they’ve worked just as hard as me to get me where I am. It’s really important you have close family and friends who you can talk to when things aren’t going well, or when you’re enjoying the moment when things are going well.

‘I see it as a team game where we’re all in it together and we enjoy the highs, but we have all the lows together as well.’

Katie famously turned her baby shower into a event to support her man, erecting a giant wig-wam in her garden to cheer on the World Cup hero back in June.

The huge tent was covered in patriotic bunting and featured a widescreen TV inside so that Katie and her pals could watch the 6-1 victory from their home.

Having recently called the goalscoring ace her 'King', she put up posters of the sportsman in action, featuring the words: 'He's one of our own.'

Katie had decided to stay at home with their little one, so that Harry could concentrate in Russia at the time.

She posted a picture of the inside of the wig-wam on Instagram, writing: 'Baby shower #gamesPJs&films #babyno2 #summerbaby.'
