"Don't bother!"

I wasn't impressed at all with this toy.
My little girl likes Zingzillas and wanted to play with it which she couldn't really, it is more of a 'watching' toy. She would break it in 2 minutes if she were given it to play with! It is hard bodied and dances, feels really fragile, no fun when you're 3! Also quite boring to watch as it only plays 2 songs.
Like the other poster, the maraca doesn't make a difference to the song played. My new baby likes watching it, which is pointless as the toy is for ages 3+ If it's marked down to a tenner anywhere, buy it but I wouldn't pay a penny more!

"Entertaining but with limited features"

My first impression was that the toy wasn't as big as it appeared in the advert pictures, but it still looked really nice and fun. Then of course was the task of actually removing the toy from the box, which all parents will know these days is a job in itself.

It is a fun toy which encourages the child to join in with the dancing (and the songs) but as it only plays 2 different songs my Son doesn't play with it for long periods of time and just now and again. The maraca is supposed to change which song is played by placing in/out of the toy's hand, however from our experience it doesn't make a difference and the toy plays both songs. Also I find the mechanical clicking noise it makes a little noisy. The biggest annoyance for me... no on/off switch, personally I like any musical/noise toy to have one of these, and again i'm sure most parents will know what I am talking about.

Overall a nice colourful interactive toy which I think most children would enjoy (I would say from around 18mths old with supervision), particularly if they the are Zingzillas fans, but i'm not sure i'd pay the RRP because of the limited functions. Saying that it is a well made toy and seems of good quality.

"highly reccomended"

When i received this item i only thought my 2 year old would be interested in it ... but how wrong was i was very surprised to learn my 4 and 5 year old also found it very entertaining, it was something they could all play together and gave them hours of enjoyment even though its only my 2 year old who watches ZingZillas on cbeebies .. my daughters love dancing to the music they find it funny to try and copy zaks movements ... great vaule for money and highly reccomended
