"Simple and easy to read"
I have to admit i was glad to be sent this book to review as i hadn't even thought of going out and buying a book.
I found myself lookig at it to answer any silly wee questions i had instead of running to my health visitor which i'm sure she appreciated!
This book was so easy to follow and i actually followed most of it, for example the weaning plan... as when i ran dry of ideas for new tastes for my wee man then the book gave me a base to follow.
The only part i wasn't so impressed with was the "sleep" but each baby is an individual and they develop their own wee routines... i believe they will only sleep through the night when they are ready to do so!
Each chapter is a week and the subtitles ment that you could easily skip parts or find exactly what you want to know and go back to the rest later. In the same sense it short simple and straight to the point so you can actually read your weeks chapter while baby is down for a nap with a cuppa in your hand.
For a first time mum i found this book Fantastic!
