I wasn't the most ideal person to send this book to, it has to be said. It is a beautiful book but I have to admit that yoga just isn't for me. However, it would be well worth the rrp. Would make a lovely gift for a new mum and a brilliant boook for someone who perhaps did yoga prior or during their pregnancy and would like to continue soon after the birth.

"Really enjoyed this"
Surprised myself how much I enjoyed using this book...yoga has always scared me a little but I've got to admit that I found the instructions relatively easy to follow and we managed very well indeed. The book is lovely with great pictures and they really help you follow along. There are chapters allocated to different stages and development with a section all about special needs too.
I'd say it's well worth the RRP of £12.99.

"Lovely photos"
A beautifuly presented book with easy excersices for both mums and babies.
The book is set out well with many fantasic photos. The photos are worth looking at just to bring a smile to your face! Both my nine month old and four year old have enjoyed looking at the photos with me.
The instrustions are easy to follow and have inspired me to give a few new movements a go. Many of the holds and stretches are things that you naturally find yourself doing with a baby but this just puts them into a more formal understanding and encourages you to put time aside just to move and stretch. Enjoyed the section on baby massage too.
The book is aimed at mums with babies and children aged 0-3. The title of the book is 'Yoga for Mother and Baby' but it might have been nice to be more inclusive of fathers and other family members. Howeveer, there are a few photos of Dad's joining in too.
