"Very Spacious Car" We recently did some research on estate cars and decided on the Volvo V70. We had an Astra previously and it was a great car but lacked the room we needed when baby arrived.
The Volvo V70 has a very spacious boot. I can fit my huge pram and a months shopping in the boot, this is including boxes of nappies!! There is also space under the boot.
The seats are very comfy, we have the leather and it's very easy to clean. They are also heated, very nice on a cold day. The leg room is fantastic, especially in the back. A long journey is no problem in this car as there's plenty of room to move about. You can fit 3 adults in the back or 2 adults and a baby car seat and everyone still has a lot of room.
It has a space for your McDonalds juice cup, a must when buying a car!! Great stereo with fantastic sound.
The only 2 bad points about this car is the heavy fuel consumption. It does go through petrol but then again that's the price of buying a good solid reliable car. The other thing is the full lock. If you are trying to do a turn in the road or get out a parking space, the full lock isn't great. You sometimes need more than one attempt.
In summary, I feel safe in the Volvo, it has an excellent build quality and very reliable. I LOVE MY CAR!!! Member review by Amanda - First Time Mum
