"very educational" My girls were very lucky to get to test these VTech toys.
Lucy tested the VTech tv learning computer and was very impressed!!
It has a main console which plugs into a scart point on your tv.And has a wireless keyboard and mouse which you can use whilst siiting on the sofa or floor.
it is from ages 6 years upwards but i would say emily would sruggle using the VTech tv console and its more for children from 7 years.
It has over 80 learning skills and there are 4 cartridges included which are a little stiff to put in and lucy did find this a bit annoying at times.
she really enjoyedthe languages and is quick to pick it up as well, very infromative and a great tool for use when children have homework as it has geography and history and many other usfull subjects.
It is not a games console but lucy did find the maths games very good and the other games great too but its not just a games console its a learning conols which i find is worth the money and i dodnt mind her spending an hour on it as i know she is learning whilst playing.
Lucy has speeded up with her typing skills too whilst using the keyborad and she also said that the mouse is easy to use.
A great teaching and learning computer.
defiently worthwhile to have one and ill be using it with emily and alice when they are older. Member review by louise - mummy to 3 girls 9 years 5 years and 10 months
