"An absoute must have for little accidents...."
This product came just as we had decided to potty train our two year old, It does the job every time and is very easy to use, definitely recommend it to all parents, it works great on any stain as I have used it on sick, urine, milk spills, even spaghetti bolognese even though its not meant for that, but it got rid of the stain and no smells! I have already purchased one of these from B&Q and even the lady on the till recommended it, so overall fantastic product and value for money, will definitely be buying it till I have no more accidents from my little boys, thank you baby website as I would have never probably have purchased this item as I did not know about it...

"brilliant product"
This product arrived at just the right time with a potty training 2 year old and a sicky newborn, it's certainly come in handy.
The product is great, very quick and easy to use.The instructions are very clear to follow. I've used it on both urine and sick and it has removed all smells and marks from the carpet.

"Worth having to hand"
Very easy to use and does the job!
My son has recently potty trained so this product test came around at just the right time. The biggest task we put it to was when my son didn't manage to get to the toilet in time and had a No1 & 2 accident on my upstairs carpet which is light coloured. Used this spray and it did the job brilliantly removing any odour and the stain which was left.
I have a new task for this spray - the car seat! A little accident has occurred while in the car and i'm too wary of removing the cover and put it in the washing machine, so this seems like a great alternative. I will try the spray on an inconspicuous area first to check for colour-fastness etc and if that's ok will be using it to clean away the odour. Hope it does the job just as well.
Something well worth having among your cleaning items when young children are about the house. Would definitely consider buying some more.

"Brilliant item"
When i received the product in the post Jack was over the moon with the free soft toy that came as well!! Jack is dry in the day now so only got to use the product over the weekend of his birthday as he was very excited and we had a few little accidents!!. I used the product as by the instructions and was amazed how the stain and the smell vanised it is a great product and i would highly recommened it to other mothers who are in the stages of potty training. Once again a brilliant product!

"Does the job perfectly"
Giggled to myself at the name of this product. Brilliant product though, when I received this Oscar had taken up the habit of running around nudey, so puddles were becoming the norm. Apart from the need to leave damp cloths everywhere this spray is amazing, both stains and smells disappeared. Became a life saver when the dreaded sickness bug hit our house, not a stain in sight. I will definatly be adding this to my shopping list as well as recommending it to others.

"Great product!"
With a potty-training 3year old, and a fire-engine-impersonating baby in the house, this product was definitely something we needed! The product itself is very easy to use and has a pleasant fragrance, however the instructions direct you to leave a damp cloth over the affected area for up to 24 hours, which as you can probably imagine, is not ideal when you have a curious child roaming around! It did the job very well, removing stains and odours from rugs and carpets, and even worked on a mattress! I don't think I'd buy it myself though- just don't think I could handle damp cloths everywhere!

"really works"
I followed the easy to follow instructions on the bottle and the results were brilliant. I used this while potty training my 2 year old daughter to clean up after spills and when my 3 year old son had been sick. All stains were removed first time and odours were replaced by a pleasant , fresh but not an overpowering fragrance. I love this product, its so easy to use and so much more effective than any other stain removers I have tried in the past, will definetely be buying again.

"Does as its told! "
Ive been using the Urine Eliminator by RugDoctor now for about 4 weeks. I have to admit at first I was a bit weary of whether It work or not but I have definatley been converted.
I have mainly used it in the living room where Lewis tends to make the most mess and It is easy to use, doesnt take ages and gets the stains out straight away.
It takes the odour away too which is good because with some other products that I have used the odour has just been masked with something pleasent smelling, whereas this completley removes it.
It is very easy to use, simply spray it onto the area you want to clean and leave it, I found that the more you used and the longer It was left to work then the stain came our better.
The Urine Eliminator retails at £3.95 and for the size of the bottle you get I think It is definatley worth it.
Ill continue to buy this product when I run out because I have found it to be the best product to use on my living room carpets after these little accidents happen.

Was really pleased to get this product as I'm trying to potty train my son who thinks it's quite funny to wee on my sofa.
The instrucions on the bottle were easy to read and follow, just spray the affected area and leave for 24 hours with a damp cloth over the area. The urine eliminator had a very pleasant smell compared with other cleaners on the market, and did exactly what it did on the bottle, the stain was gone and no lingering smells.
The only downside to this product is you have to leave it for 24 hours with a damp cloth over it, which is not easy with young children around or in high traffic areas of the house, and also found it very hard to keep damp when using it on my sofa, although i am going to try it without keeping it damp for 24 hours to see if it works the same as i thought the product was brill.

"Fantastic product, does as the label says"
Well I was able to put this product to the test on the day I received it thanks to my 23 month old!
I followed the instructions and the stain was removed plus it left a pleasant smell. It does say where possible leave a damp cloth over the spillage, it is not always possible to do this so I have tried it with and without the cloth and both ways work.
I will be buying this product and would definately recommend it to a friend.
I am sure to be using it a lot more with the upcoming potty training!

"Handy product"
I was pleased to be chosen to test this as I have 4 children, 2 of whom are autistic and all sorts get spilt on my carpet.
I didn't have top wait long before testing it. I did exactly what it said on the bottle spray the affected area and leave for 24 hours.
The only thing I don't like is the fact you have to leave the stain covered with a towel for 24 hours. In my house thats an impossibilty so unfortunately as good as this product is I won't be replacing it. It did get rid of the stain and left a very pleasant smell that wasn't overpowering.
I would recommend this product but not for families with young children

"Brilliant"
Instructions were easy to follow, easy to apply using the trigger on the bottle, the only downside is having to leave the product to work on the carpet for 24hrs and leaving a towel over the stain, quite difficult with 3 children in the house, but I was pleasantly surprised with the end result the stains had disappeared and there was a fresh smell in its place. I would recommend this product to all.

"Great Expectations"
Having never used Rug Doctor products before I was a little dubious of the outcome..... I neednt have been. When my son was sick on our carpet, normally panic mode sets in when it comes to clearing up messes but not this time. With its easy trigger action and coverage I was more than happy to see it had cleaned really well. Also it was refreshing with its fragrance. Something I will use again and again and definitely recommend to others.

"Done what it said on the bottle"
I was really pleased to try this spot cleaner as my current one smells awful and doesn't really remove the smell. I was pleasantly suprised at how it cleaned off the most subborn of stains and removed nasty niffs leaving a nice fresh fragrance after. The downfall was leaving the stain covered for 24 hours!! My 2 year old has an obsession with tea towels and cloths, she picks them up and swings them about pretending she's Iggle Piggle. There is no way on this earth i could buy this product again as i need something that works quickly! This product would be ideal to use for other domestic purposes like pets etc but i wouldn't recommend it for parents of young children.

I was very pleased when knew i would be testing this product as i have a 6 year old son with autism who wets the bed and so used this on his mattress and the results were amazing it gets deep down removing smells and stains left by bed wetting accidents,i would definatly buy again (my one worry though is having to leave covered for 24 hours,fine on the mattress but can see fun and games with my toddler if used on carpet)

"A great product"
I got my Urine eliminator just as I've started to potty train my ds so couldn't of came at a better time!
2 hours after it arrived we had an accident perfect timing son! It is extremely easy to use,removed excess liquids/solids, spray the area generously until wet then cover with a damp cloth and leave for 24 hours which was the only bit I found awkward cause ds wanted to take the cloth up but he soon got bored leaving the spray to work its magic. The next day the stain was gone.
I must admit when I first read the instructions I didn't believe that it would "do what it says on the tin" but I was very pleasantly surprised.
I think its not cheap but will last a while and worth the money
would recommend to parents and pet owners

when i sprayed the product I expected a weird smell I think but there was no odour I could smell but when sprayed onto the carpet it did smell nice, so I sprayed over an accident the youngest had and put a damp cloth over it and left it for 24 hrs, yes this was very hard especially with helpful kids trying to remove the cloth and put it in the wash pile :) pity they don't do this with their clothes lol. When I removed the cloth the stain was gone and it was great. It is extremely easy to use but I don't have it in my local supermarket, maybe this will change if this product is just on the market, who knows? I would definetly buy it again

"Very Impressed"
I was quite surprised with the results of this product. Its unlike others I have used before I have always used ones that are spray on mousse.
I found the spray very easy as you would, but the fact that I had to have a damp towel on the carpet for 24 hours a little inconvienent. However it did do a great job, soaking the stain for so long with the product really lifted the stain.
I would buy this product again, and althou not as cheap as other products, how often would you need to buy a bottle this size? They do say you get what you pay for.

Wow! What can I say? The urine eliminator is a fantastic product, easy to use, and doesn exactly what it says on the bottle haha!
I am currently potty training my 23mth old daughter so when this item arrived it was put to test almost instantly, I found having to leave it covered for 24hrs a bit of difficult as I do have 4 children dashing about, but once they had all had a nosey they pretty much left it to do its job
After 24hrs the stain was gone, completely disappeared, amazing!
I would TOTALLY recommend this product to anyone thinking of potty training

"I cant believe it lifted the stain!"
I have to say that I was delighted when I got this product as I have 2 boys (1 potty training and the other who tends to be sick lots!!!) plus 2 cats so carpet cleaner is a must in our household.
I have never used the RugDoctor products before as didn't realise you could buy them without hiring their carpet cleaning machine plus they are not in my local supermarket however after using it I will find a stockist and purchase more when my bottle runs out!
It is so easy to use, dab dry effected area, spray area until wet then covering with a damp cloth and leave for 24hrs to work and dry. So easy. And I have to say it works a treat and leaves a lovely fresh smell.
Lucky (or not so lucky as the case maybe) Josh had an accident and Harry was sick on the day the product arrived so I was able to test right away! I even took it over to my parents house as their cats tend to pee in the house and used it on the areas they tend to favour and we were amazed at the result as it lifted the stain no problem.
There is only one little problem I found. You make the effected area wet and cover with a damp cloth and trying to keep Josh and Harry away from it was a bit of a nightmare. But this is such a small thing and wouldnt stop me from buying it again as works so well.
A must for parents and cat owners!

Received this which was really handy with two potty training and a dog to clean up after
Sprayed the stain and covered as it set and left it for the 24 hrs, this was followed by the baby scooting all over when he was having time with his nappy off! The only one who didnt have an accident was the dog!!
The only problem was leaving it covered for 24 hrs - not easy with two toddlers and a dog thinking they had a right to look under.
Cleared if great though and left a lovely smell!!
Will buy this again when the bottle runs out :)
