"A MUST HAVE"
What can I say except where was this book 7 years ago.
This book is a MUST have for any 1st time parent and also been a great help for me a mum of 5!
The book covers everything you will ever need to know about weaning you little one from knowing the signs your baby is ready.
List everything you need to begin and foods you should and should NOT feed your baby.
Then has food planners for when to intoduce that first meal and weekly planners to when to increase from 1 meal to 2.
The book also contains loads of recipies of vegetables and fruit purees but also includes the recipies for each puree.
This book has already filled me with inspiration and loads of great ideas for purees to try out on my baby.
I have already told my SISTER she NEEDS to go buy this book now nad read up ready for once her baby is ready to be weaned and she is only 21 weeks pregnant but this is the best weaning book I have ever seen.
