"kept them entertained"
Jennifer3, and Liam 2, both love Thomas so I sat them down to watch the dvd together and they didnt budge from start to finish! Piercce Brosnan does an excellent job of narrating and it is just the right length. The story kept both children interested and Jennifer likes to try and sing along to the songs. Its a must for any Thomas fan, and at this time of year would be an ideal Christmas gift.

"LOVE IT!!!"
I had this on pre-order with an online site. I knew that my son was going to like it as he LOVES Thomas the Tank!
It's better than I thought, it's a feature length episode which keeps him quieter much longer than usual!
Pierce Brosnan is an extra nice touch, his voice is lovely!!
I would recommend this to any mum or dad who has children who like Thomas. I'm hoping they will make more Feature Length DVDs now!

"A must-have for Thomas fans!"
I have 2 boys - Kian aged 3.5 & Lucas who is nearly 16 months. Both boys love Thomas the Tank & Friends! When the dvd arrived Kian wanted to put it straight on, so we did. He loved it! He did notice that the narrator's voice was different but I just told him it was a new man doing it & he soon got used to it! LOL!
Both boys really liked the dvd. Lucas got a bit bored (but he doesn't watch tv for long periods anyway, because of his age). Kian, however, was a different story. He was glued to the tv until the end of the film. He really liked it & has watched it loads of times since, which is always a good indication of how much he enjoys something!
I thought the story was good, Pierce Brosnan was an excellent narrator & the dvd was just about the right length!
All in all I would say this is a must for any Thomas fan!

Charlie is a Thomas mad 2yr old.
When he received 'The Great Discovery' we had to put it straight on - he was glued for the whole dvd, and is at every viewing!
Pierce Brosnan makes a great narrator.
Bright colours and a new engine to meet make it a great film.
Recommended to every Thomas fan!
