"Brilliant"
This product was perfect for my wee girl. She is hopeless at staying under covers during the night but now she is starting to try and walk sleeping bags rather restrict her movement - this is a great compromise.
There was one downside but I feel that this was far outweighed by the benefits. My wee girl has just turned 1 and although she is tall for her height I found that the Twinle Tog bunched up a bit around her neck when she was crawling around. Normally I would have just opened the zip up slightly but as this zips from the bottom up I was unable to do this. This will not be an issue when she grows into it properly though.
Overall a great product for toddlers who kick covers off but dont want the restrictive nature of a more conventional sleeping bag.

I love this product as my son can walk around in it, it's great as he loves to run around bed before going to and in his cot when he awkes and the legs mean I can put him in his Twinkle Tog in advance of bed time and he know's when his Twinle Tog he is going to bed soon so it is new easier to put him to bed. I found the zip abit strange to start but once i got use to it. I love the fact it leaves his feet uncovered as his feet over heat. The suit is a 1-2 years and will last a long time and the design is unisex. traveling with him at night is much easier as all i need to do is take him straight from the car to his cot with out waking him to change him in to night clothes

"Innovative!"
I received this as a gift for my 18m old who has always used sleeping bags. This was a great idea as he loves to run around his cot and the 'legs' mean we can put him in his Twinkle Tog in advance of bed time as there's less danger of him falling down.
As he can walk around in it, it's great for chilly mornings as he'll keep it on whilst we put the heating on and warm up the home.
Lovely bright design, easy to use and wash. Definitely better for toddlers than non-walkers I think.
Did have to use socks with it...

"fantastic product!!!"
I was sent a copy of this product whilst it was in its research stages and found it a fantastic product!!! My son moved out of his cot very young and since then we have had many a sleepless night due to him waking with no bed clothes on. This is a 5 star product in my opinion and will advising all my friends with toddles to purchase this product.

"Fantastic!"
The Twinkle Tog is bright, colourful and a fantastic idea.
My son has used a sleeping bag since he was a baby but a few months ago we had to stop using it becuase he was trying to walk in it and it was becoming dangerous - having moved from a cot to a bed meant that he had free access to stairs - stairs and a baby in a sleeping bag is not a good combination. So the fact that the Twinkle Tog has legs is brilliant - children can move freely yet still stay warm!
My son eagerly gets into the Twinkle Tog every night, and looks very cute in it, and it fits very well - the age range of 2-3 means it will last for a long time yet didn't appear to drown him. He is certainly warm enough with just his pyjamas underneath and it removes the problem of covers being thrown off during the night, which has been a common problem.
The only downside to this product is the need for the child to wear socks to eliminate cold feet syndrome!
Even the zip seemed to confuse my son which is a miracle!
The product is quite pricey but worth it for any child who throws their covers off at night to ensure they stay warm throughout the night.
I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it myself for my daughter when she is old enough.

"great new idea"
I was really interested to see how we could use this as my 2 yr old sleeps in a single bed with a duvet that zips on so we have no problem with him kicking his covers off and he would never fall asleep in the car late at night.
However if your child did those things this product would be fantastic. It is lovely and cosy, has a good fit and washed well and was very quick to dry which is great if you need it again the next night.
We thought we would give the Twinkle Tog a good workout when we where away in the caravan and it has been great. My son loves running about in it and it has kept him warm while he slept and also in the mornings when it has been cooler. We would love to have one for the summer when we use the tent but unfortunately he will be too big.
I would definitely purchase one for both my boys for camping if they came in larger sizes.

"Innovative product"
My daughter is 16 months and kicks off any blanket put on her. She isn't keen on the restrictive nature of sleep bags and tends to get twisted and tangled in them and then wakes up. The twinkle tog solves all those problems and has given me the best nights sleep I have had since she was born. A really excellent product which kept my daughter warm and cosy, yet able to move around freely. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Tried this out after taking my little boy to see Blackpool Illuminations, which meant he would be up past his bedtime travelling home.
What a brilliant idea this is.
Before we set off back we changed him and put him into the Twinkle Tog with no problems at all, he then fell asleep in his car seat on the journey home.
There was no need to disturb him when we returned home as he stayed in the Twinkle Tog and went straight into his cot, and slept though.
I certainly will by buying another when he grows out of this one. Brilliant.

"A good idea."
I feel like I'm going to need to do two reviews for this - we're going to be flying long-haul at the end of the year, we're taking our car seat and a regular sleeping bag wont fit properly when we need Miss H to settle inflight - this looks ideal. We're also due a long drive which this could be perfect for in the next couple of weeks, so right now this review is based on nighttime sleeping.
Miss H's room is quite a cold room, with two outside walls, and with the temperature drop in the last couple of days we decided it was time to move to higher tog sleeping bags.
It's a little more difficult to get her into this than a normal sleeping bag, and we've found she needs socks on to keep her feet warm (it'd have been nice to have feet built into the Twinkle Tog), but once in she's nice and cosy. The cuffs around the legs do help as she's started pulling her socks off again, so they keep that area all tucked in tight.
I think it's great that it's aged from 1-2 as Miss H is an August baby and most sleeping bags cross the seasons or last for six months and we've needed to buy more. It's quite pricey, but then it's a similar price to other sleeping bags.
I liked the breakdown of layers that's recommended for your little one on the back of the packaging so they aren't too cold or they overheat - I've never had that information from other sleeping bags.
Probably the only disadvantage that we've found is that it's easier for her to stand up - although even with an ordinary sleeping bag she is able to do this, so it's not really a criticism! She's getting more mobile, so this could also be a plus point.
In summary, a big thumbs up from us!
