"Easy to read with practical tips"

Having thankfully not experienced separation anxiety so far I thought that it would be quite an arduous task, reading an entire book about it! Surprisingly, I found it a really easy, enjoyable and interesting read. The book is laid out very well including motivating case studies and success stories. The content is divided by helpful highlighted sections including: ‘Key Points’ outlining important facts and hints, ‘Professional-Speak’ including quotes from other writers and ‘Mother/Father-Speak’ offering practical ideas and examples. The general ideas behind the book are not rocket science - they are logical, practical and appear to work. Like all busy parents it’s hard to find the time to come up with these sorts of solutions yourself- this book does it for you and I would thoroughly recommend it.

"Clear & concise"

After taking a long time to get round to reading this (due to having a new baby), I found this very helpful as my elder child became even more attached than before!

There are lots of easy to work suggestions and it became invaluable to me!
