I found this book very helpful and full of informative advice reguarding trying to conceive.
It was supportive and inspirational & also encourages you to take control of your own body and mind in the fertility process which can really affect you mentally and physically.
The book had some very clear cut information which was easy to read and follow.
And it is written by one of the country’s leading complementary fertility specialists which you know will be full of the right information compared to some other books on the same subject.
It applies to anyone who is trying to conceive whether it is through the natural process or assisted medical process.
I would highly recommend it.
