"iPhone skin"
The website was very easy to use & upload my photo onto. It showed a preview & looked great. I had to ask a question & assistance was fast & helpful. Once ordered the skin arrived very quickly. I was a little concerned about getting the sticker on exactly right but it wasn't too bad as it's thicker than a screen protector. It looks fab on my iPhone & I've had lots of comments on it. Would have loved it to be a proper protective cover but it does guard against scratches etc.
Overall a lovely product & as long as it comes off ok I would buy for next phone or iPad.

"Not great"
Well I was really looking forward to receiving my phone skin I chose a lovely pic of my girls from their school photo.
When it arrived I though great it looked fab but then when we went to put it on phone it was no good the bit that went around the camera lens was on the wrong side.

"Fantastic product"
I ordered the skin for my husband's Blackberry Curve. The site was easy to use when ordering. It arrived within a week, which we found quite speedy. We were impressed by the quality of the photograph, and the thickness of the sticker, the instructions were pretty easy to follow, but we did worry about placing them correctly and bubbling, however we managed to place them on fine...we initially thought the front sticker was a bit of a waste as our children's heads were in the screen part, which you cannot use, but when we received the email for the phone's wallpaper that made it look complete.
My husband uses his phone for work, and so it is constantly in and out of his pocket...he has found it to be very hard wearing, there's no fading or smudging of the picture and no scratches. He has had endless of comments from friends, family members and customers, on how lovely his phone looks and what a good idea it is. His only worry is that if he needs to return the phone to his manager that it would be difficult to remove, however the website states that there should be no residue, so this is reassuring, and hopefully is true, we will see when the time comes.
At £7.99 it is a very reasonable price, as it offers protection to the phone and gives it that personal touch. If I can convince my husband to buy me a smart phone I will definately buy a phone skin for myself!!!

"Beautiful but expensive"
I was really looking forwad to designing my own personalised skin for my phone or laptop and was pleased to see they had my phone available to design for, but I had a few problems with the website, it kept sending me back to the beginning each time i submitted my order which after 6 times trying was getting on my nerves. But finally I placed my order before christmas for my phone skin, which was a photo of my baby girl last christmas which was lovely and perfect to cheer my up over the festive period, however my skin did not arrive so once I realised in January I contacted the company and they were very quick to help me, I chose a different skin this time only due to the fact it was difficult getting the photo to look right on the phone, it was either too far away or you could not see the detail even with adjusting the photo so I decided to get a skin for my laptop, this was very easy I choose a family photo from Disney Florida and it looked lovely on the computer so I ordered it. I came through the post very quickly within a few days and the skin is thicker than I had imagined, not like the ones you find in the pound shops! and the photo looked great. it seemed very easy to apply but would not peel off as to re arrange it like it says in the instructions! it did not go over the laptop name on the lid very well but with some effort I managed to push all the bubbles out and stick it down well. So far it as not peeled off or had any damage to it at all and considering my laptop is used by all my kids its doing well. it certanly has made it look lovely and as it is a family photo it is not totally personal to me. I think these would make a lovely gift and are easy to use, they are expensive in my opinion but they are a good thickness material and have stuck well and will protect my device so money well spent and I love that the website is easy to use and you can choose your own photos. overall fantastic but a little costly.

"nice idea"
Initially i too thought this would be a gel skin type thing but when i looked at the website quickly realised it was a sticker type.
I ordered a skin for an i-phone using a proffesional family photo. It was easy to do and you got a overview at the end to check your final product.
It arrived within a week with instructions for application which were clear and easy to carry out. I was really please with the print, looked just like a shaped photo.
The end look was fab and really unique. I placed it on my hubbys phone as a gift so he could carry a pic around.
The major down side is that it only protects your valuble phone from surface scratches and unfortunately you dont have the option of trimming to size to go over a cover that will protect against bumps.
There is a limited range of supplied designs(for the front unless you have one that fits arount the edge of your screen), there are no plain ones which may compliment your chosen pic. I ordered a front cover but ended up not using it as it wasnt a screen protector and didnt look right with the rear side.
You would also need to re-order when you upgraded any phone, so id advise doing as soon as you get your phone so you get as much use out of it and be very carefull not to drop it!!
The good points are you end up with a completely unique phone which gets many positive comments and queries about. Its easily identified as your phone and acts as a memento so great for gifts. It would also be great for laptops as would probably last longer as youd change it less.
Its nice as a one off but i wouldnt order again as phones come and go,it doesnt protect enough and the cost is reasonable for a gift but not a regular thing. After a while i can see it just being covered with a protective case and therefore loosing its use.

"not for me"
I have to say Im very disappointed with the phone skin, I assumed a phone 'skin' would be a protective product for my phone, but this is not the case, its just a thick sticker. It would protect against scratches to the back of the phone but not the screen. I ordered the skin for my samsung tocco, the skin for the back of my phone is in 2 parts which when applied to the phone didnt line up properly so the picture does not look that great, the skin for the front of the phone is no good to me at all, I assumed the skin would fit over the screen and be semi transparent but its not, so the photo I used is no good, you could use the small outer section and download a wall paper to match but it would be difficult to get a good line up on them. It is quirky idea and im sure teenagers would love them on their phones, at £7.99 I think its pricey for a thick sticker.Not for me im afraid.

"Quite good but not what was expecting"
I liked the idea of having a phone cover with my children on and though that a skin would actually be like a full gel skin. When the product arrived it was a stick on cover. I was a bit concerned as to how to position the cover in case I messed it up but luckily it wasn't too difficult and I was able to lift and reposition it when necessary. So far the skin seems to be quite hardwearing and not lifting at the edges and people do comment on the lovely pic I chose for my skin.
The full retail price is quite reasonable for a personalised item. Unfortunately for me the item isn't quite what I need to protect my phone as I like something more substantial. If you're not clumsy like me needing a full case then this is probably a lovely way to have picture of something you enjoy looking at with you all of the time.

"Fantastic way of personalising phones! "
When I had to go online to choose and design my phone skin I was expecting it to be hard. It's so easy to do, even though I worked my way through loads of images trying to choose! The preview that you see too is very good because its exactly what it looks like when it arrives.
I have the iPhone 3Gs and I kept the front part clear, then the back is a full image. You can add words and symbols too, there's lots you can choose from. You can also import things if you want to.
It is very reasonably priced, great as a gift idea or buying or somebody who has everything. Delivery was very fast too, I placed my order and within 5 days it was here and that was around the Christmas period.
The skin comes with instructions on how to fit it onto your phone which are very detailed. I was a bit apprehensive sticking it to my phone in case it was full of air bubbles or I put it on lopsided but it went on fine. It's easy to peel off and start again too if your not happy with the position.
The skin itself is high quality and quite thick, so they don't curl up or anything as your trying to apply them.
I would purchase a skin for anybody as a gift and they are a lovely keepsake too. So easy to design and so easy to apply.

"AB FAB!"
Ordered a skin for my daughters Samsung Tocco Lite. Uploading the picture onto the site etc was really easy (choosing the picture was the difficult part!) Once uploaded you can move the picture around to get it exactly as you want it, you can also decrease or enlarge it to fit too.
It arrived just in time for Christmas, which surprised me as I ordered it on the 19th December and was expecting it after Christmas.
The quality of the skin is really good, quite thick and glossy. The back was easy to apply and my daughter managed that herself as all she has to worry about was the camera part. I stuck the front on, it was more fiddly as I had to make sure it went over the three buttons and the speaker part at the top. It was easy enough to remove to realign though. So my daughter is now the proud owner of an Olly Murs and the Muppets phone!!
Only downside I found was the choice of phones available to be customized (only because my phone wasn't there!!)

"A fun way to personalise belongings"
I have so many pictures from when I went travelling that I rarely look at because they’re just hidden away on my computer so I thought it would be a really nice idea to use one to personalise my laptop. TheBabyWebsite makes it so quick and easy to create a skin and mine was very quick to arrive in the post too. The most difficult part was choosing which photo to use!
The great think about creating the skin is you can rotate pictures/zoom/change its size etc to get to perfect for you. The only mistake I made was not measuring my laptop first. I assumed it was 15″ when, in fact, it’s slightly bigger so my skin doesn’t stretch right the way across like I was expecting. I’m not too bothered about that though because I think it looks really good. It took me a few attempts to get it central and without air bubbles underneath, but I think that would be a lot easier for phones which are much smaller.
All in all, I am very satisfied with this buy. It’s lovely to have all those memories of travelling coming back to me every time I look at my laptop!

"Personalise your ipad"
Personalising an ipad is a nice concept. Ordering via the suggested link was a very easy and straightforward process. As our ipad is mainly used by our 9-year-old son, I have chosen the photos that would appeal to him (from our summer holidays).
It took about two weeks for the product to arrive.
The finished product is a thick glossy image, or two images to fit both sides.
I wasn't sure if the photo should be attached to the ipad itself or to the protecting sleeve that we have already on the ipad, but decided to put it on the ipad. Immediately there were some issues with blocking the camera and the sound. I had to unpeel the corner of the skin to cut out the little window for the camera that we use for taking photos and also for the use of Blippar. The sound has also almost disappeared as the skin is too thick and blocks it.
I had to do more work on the skin by cutting the slot for charging the ipad.
All in all, this has not been thought through thoroughly. Perhaps the skin should be less in size, or have the cuttings and windows for all the slots on the ipad.
Downloading an image as the screen and matching it with the stick-on frame might be a good idea but again, one can do a screen download from your own photos for free.
I am not sure I would buy another skin for my ipad or as a gift, unless there are some improvements done.

i absolutely love this idea oh having your own picture on your phone/ipad etc. As a mum of 1 i love sharing photos of my little one and what a great way to show people. easy to put onto my phone when following the instructions that was included. little disappointed that the screen isnt transparent so my sons picture could be used. Id recommend this to anyone :~)

I was so excited when I got this to review, we got the iPad cover. It took just over two weeks to arrive which I thought was quite a long time especially if you were buying as a gift. This is a really thick high gloss picture so was impressed to start with but found it very difficult to apply as the picture is as large as the iPad so although great that it covers the whole back I would recommend the company perhaps use a different paper to remove the film from to make it easier? The front however was none useable like the other review the screen picture was opaque and when I remove the outer rim to put on it just got stuck together and I gave up. Overall it would be great as a quirky gift but at £14.99 I'm just not sure it would be worth the money just for a back over. It does however gave a 3 year guarantee for scratches and fading if you keep the card but how many of us would misplace it in that time lol.

"Fun and fab"
I really like this - I had the chance to review a skin for my iPod Touch, completed the order quickly, the upload was no trouble, you have a chance to review before you hit 'submit', and within a week it was with me!
These are similar to the Gelaskins you can buy for Kindles, although I felt didn't fit quite as snugly - the front I'll probably do without but the back looks great! The skin itself was easy to apply, I've had no bubble problems with the back, although the front was a little more fiddly because of the larger screen - but that's more the design of the device than the skin itself. I did find it overlaps a tiny bit on the front, but fits perfectly on the back.
An added bonus too, as I used the same print of my daughter for the front and back, I have a nice sticky photo of her which is screen area sized that I can use somewhere else! I also liked how I received an email with wallpaper of the picture for my device - that's a nice touch.
Next time I get a gadget (iPad maybe!) I'd definitely consider something like this to help protect it.

"disappointed"
First of all I hate the fact I'm leaving my first negative review, but guess that you need feedback, both good and bad, to achieve the best product possible.
Ordering was easy, the website was user friendly and I felt happy when placing the order. The RRP for my iphone's skin was very impressive I thought it would have cost a lot more so again very impressed. Delivery was very quick and as its free delivery on all orders this is very good.
The skin itself is very high quality and using the instructions given was easy to apply. The back of my phone looks amazing! But there were no instructions given how to get the image onto the front screen (only the surround). When placing the order I made the image semi transparent so I thought you could see through the picture but this is not the case. You only have the outer sticker applied and then have to save the image to your phone as wallpaper to match the outer skin. Because the skin quality is so good and has been supplied on a thicker board it leaves a rough lip surroundind the screen which annoyed my fingers, plus the screen is now completely unprotected. I have ended up taking the front image off, which makes me feel awful as I only have 1 of my 2 boys picture now on my phone.
Overall I love the skin on the back of my phone but feel disappointed overall as have had to remove the skin on the front.

"Lovely way to personalise phone."
My iphone4 skin was so easy to create on the website. It was very quick to upload photos & very straightforward to position the photo where I wanted. Delivery speed was also great, as were the instructions provided.
The main photo on the back of my phone looks fantastic & it was really easy to apply. It's good quality & doesn't look cheap or tacky in any way. The front of the phone was a lot more fiddley to apply & if I'm honest it doesn't look as good. I think I might end up taking the front skin off & just leaving the back one on.
Overall I love this product & dispite my issues with the front skin I still think it's worth purchasing....especially at such a reasonable price (£7.99).

I got a skin cover for my mobile phone, as i use my phone all the time and thought it would nice to have a photo of my boys. When designing it on the website it was really easy to do, there is also some designs that they have already on the site you can use. There are lots of other items eg wii, laptops, ipads etc that you can choose to personlise. When i received my skin in the post delivery was very quick from when i placed my order. The price i was very pleased with, as i though it would be alot more expensive. At £7.99 i would be happy to buy these as a gift for family and friends for xmas or birthdays. Its says it offers protection against scratches, splashes and offers a 3 year anti fade warranty, which goes to show the quality of the skin. The only tricky thing about the skin is when applying to my phone, is making sure its straight and lined up with the phone speaker and camera. It took a few attemps until i was happy but well worth it. Ive had a few comments about my phone from family about how nice it is with a photo of my boys. I cant think of any bad points yet about the product.
