Smoby Slide
The Smoby Junior Folding Slide comprises of four sturdy pieces of plastic that are easy to assemble and need no tools. The slide also locks to be used but can be unlocked and folded for ease of transport. As plastic it is also relatively light. The worse thing about any slide is the Parent Involvement Factor as someone, in the early years, has to be there to pick up your toddler, place him or her at the top and then hold their arms. The effort this requires was more than cancelled by the look of sheer excitement on Tom's face.
Good, simple, endless fun and the lack of metal or wood parts mean that this can be kept in the garden all year round.
Price:
£25 is a lot of money for new parents but if you price each smile at a cheap 10p, I guarantee that you'll feel well rewarded by the time you finally put this away in four or five years.
