Smart Trike has always offered great value, imaginative style, real excitement and fantastic mobility for kids. These qualities together make their trikes the best on the market by some way. My sons both had the basic Smart Trike when they were younger and now my 1 year-old girl Caitlin has joined their ranks. Now though, luckily for her, there are a greater range of styles. The basic colours of the original trikes were fun but the new Zoo version adds a choice of stylish, cool colours with which to individualise your ride. For Caitlin we chose parrot-pink, a smooth, easy-on-the-eyes, yet resolutely pink vehicle which would suit any young lady. She honestly acts and smiles like Royalty whenever she's placed in the padded seat!
There are quite a few extras on this Zoo version, apart from the padding that spreads up from the seat, across the back and slides smoothly down the arm rests as well. There's a brake for added safety, a beaker holder for added ease, and a detachable bag that is large enough to hold the basics when you're out, to name a few. There are few toys that please adults as much as they excite their children but the Smart Trike Zoo definitely falls into this category. It's classy, fantastically useful and does pretty much everything it says on the tin. It's incredibly well balanced for those clumsy sorts, marvellously compact for those sprawling sorts and brilliantly nippy for those busy sorts. If you think you'll find a better early years trike for your kids then I can tell you now; you're wrong. Buy it, use it, love it.
