"Great newborn gift" I just love this comforter. I picked one up as a gift for a friend's baby who was six months a few months ago in a local shop. I just liked the way it looked in the little bag, so cute. My friend said it was the most practical item anyone ever got her as within a few weeks her son had found out how to get hold of the dummy so she doesn't have to help him find it anymore. It was a really good idea and I've bought them as gifts for other friends since. My ds is too old for one now but I wish they were around when he was smaller and I was up all night looking for the dummy under the cot! Member review by Kayla - Mum to Jay

"ensures a good nights sllep for all!" Adele is a good sleeper, but would wake in the nght having lost her dummy, often resulting in me having to get up out of bed, switch on the light and search around underneath the cot untill I could find it again, which would then leave us both wide awake and unable to fall back to sleep- very frustrating!
We began to use sleepytot, the dummy attaches very easily to it, and if it falls out Adele can usually find it by herself without waking fully. The teddy is so soft and cuddly to, which itself seems to help her settle to sleep. its great quality and very cute and has worked wonders or us, would recommend to everyone, and it would make an ideal gift. "Super baby comforter" Just came across this and thought "we've got one of those!" We got this comforter a month or so ago from Amazon when Sam was a little too young for it, but he used to have it in his cot and he'd play with it in the day. Because of the velcro paws, I can attach it to a strap on his buggy and he'd stroke it. It's really cuddly and strokeable. Just last week he started to be able to find the dummy on it and go back to sleep on his own. What a relief! I can't believe how great it is not having to go and give him the dummy anymore. What's also good is that the dummy comes back out again when he falls asleep, because it's attached to the bunny - so he's not sleeping with it in his mouth all night, just to go off to sleep.
My son loves to stroke the satin on the ears and I think it makes a good gift as it comes in a pretty little bag. I'm not usually one for reviews but I agree with the previous reviewer, this a super product. Especially if you need a good night's sleep! Member review by Emily - Mum of one

"Put an end to sleepless nights!!!" A few weeks ago my husband and I were so tired it was unbearable especially as we both work full time. Previously, we had been brave enough to practice controlled crying with our then 8 month old son at bedtime and in a couple of nights he went off to sleep, on his own, within a short time of being put to bed. However, he woke at least four times during the night, albeit only for his dummy, but our sleep was disrupted nonetheless and often we were unable to nod back off again! We chose not to practice controlled crying during the night as the longer we left him to cry the more he woke up! He only needed a dummy and he would go back to sleep again. It was just unfortunate that his dummy could be at one end of his cotbed and he was at the other or worse still it had fallen through the bars, onto the floor where he had no way of retrieving it at all.
I learnt of Sleepytots through another website and ordered one straight away! On Thursday it arrived, we waited until Friday to use it and by Sunday we all had a good nights sleep. After only 2(!!!) nights my son finds his Sleepytot in his cot so he doesn't need to cry for his dummy. (He was 10 months when we introduced Sleepytot).
Sleepytots rabbits are very, very soft and have long silky ears which baby loves to stroke. He is just the right size for a "baby hug" and has strong velcro on his hands and feet where you attach up to 4 dummies enabling baby to grab Sleepytot and find his/her dummy easily. The velcro is attached in such a way so as not to scratch baby, but it is tough enough so that baby can't pull the velcro open and lose the dummy.
(I also anticipate that weaning my son off his dummy at some point in the future will be made easier by Sleepytot as he will still be able to have hugs from Sleepytot without the dummy being attached - hopefully making the transition a little easier for him.)
Seeing as Sleepytot has been a part of the family for a few weeks now, I feel confident enough in posting this review. Member review by Fiona - Busy mum of 1
