"nice and tasty"

When it arrived my eldest looked at it, and said urgh bet thats horrible. I gave her some and she wolfed it down, then asked what it was, it told and her and she said it was the most delicious cake she has eaten, which i was surprised at as she is a very fussy eater, and wont normally try new things out.
My 4 year old ate hers and asked for some more.
My little boy also loved his.

Overall this product went down very well in our house, and the kids were glad when i told them i had another loaf for them to have.

Would definatly buy

"Scrumy Yummy Banana Cake - Respect!"

It's got to be said that this particular banana cake is probably the scrummiest we've ever had in our house!

I think we all assumed it would be quite heavy and probably stodgy like many other banana cakes - both ones we've bought in the past and tried to make. Our last foray into the use of bananas in cooking led to us making banana bread in the breadmaker which turned out to be heavier than your average house brick!

Respect Organics Banana Cake is light, lower in calories and saturated fat than most other brands and is incredibly moreish. Although if anyone wants any more here, they can't as we've eaten it all!

"absolutely gorgeous, "

this was the most tastiest banana loaf we have ever had, we all enjoyed it, and all wanted not just a second slice, but a third.

absolutely gorgeous, really fresh, really tasty and lovely texture.

i will be buying this more often, though it wont last five minutes in our house once the kids see the packet in the treat cupboard!

Highly recommended for any age, child or adult.

"WE WANT MORE"

It tasted homemade the kids loved it the only trouble is they needed too big a slice.

The cakes was very moist and I feel were great value for money. I think though with haveing four young children mouths to feel these would be a treat every so often.

I will however try the others and certainly recommend.

"A surprisingly good cake"

I was expecting the cake to have an unpleasant taste as the name isnt very appealing and im not the greastest fan of bananas. However, the cake tasted lovely and was very moist.

My 4 year old son loved the cake and had it in his packed lunch everyday for school.

I will definately add this to my shopping list.

"Lovely Cake"

I was surprised when the cake arrived for testing. As this was my first review I was only expecting 1 cake but oh no, there was 2!!!!

I was expecting the cake to have the normal artificial banana taste to it but it didn't. The cake was lovely and moist with a subtle banana hint.

My 4 year old son loved the cake when he came in from school, he had it with custard.

I will definately be adding this to my shopping list.

"A nice moist cake"

I enjoyed this cake, its nice and moist and not too bannana tasting, some bannana food can taste artificial and repeat on you, but this did neither. It taste's nice and fresh and not at all dry considering its only sponge. My 2 year old really enjoyed it and she is not really a cake person. I thought the price was a touch on the expensive side as it is quite a small cake and I had never heard of the make before. However I would be tempted to buy it again and I will certainly look out for other products in their range. Makes you feel less naughty for eating cake when its described as organic.

"More please!"

Within half an hour of arriving this delicious cake had been completely demolished by my 2 very fussy eaters! It is a very light, moist cake with a "real" banana taste. It cut very easily and wasn't too crumbly. However, it is quite a small cake so at £1.59 I feel that is it a bit pricey but I definately would buy it as an occasional treat. The packaging was simple but substantial. Sugar came second in the list of ingredients so maybe not the healthiest of snacks but definately very, very tasty. The cries from my children of, "More please!" says it all.

"lovely, moist cake"

when these loafs arrived I wasn't too sure if I woud like it as not a big banana fan! However I opened easily and cut a thin slice and was amazed at how nice and moist it was and didn't just crumble apart!!
The flavour was a nice mild banana taste and even my little girl who is 3 and a fussy eater even tried it and liked it! At £1.59 I feel this is a reasonable price to pay and you could get quite a few servings out of it!
Will definatly consider buying this cake at my next shopping trip!

"Gorgeous!!!"

My 4 year old Daughter and I tried this cake pretty much as soon as it arrived. I was amazed at how lovely it was! I am not really a 'cake' person and only get them for birthday parties etc

It was a light fluffy texture and really moist to eat. It wasn't too stiff or too crumbly. I am looking forward to eating the rest this evening after dinner with a nice cup of tea.

Now that we have sampled this cake it is something I would definately add to my shopping list!
