"Brilliant buy for boys!"
When I opened the box I was surprised to see how big this toy tarantula was! It's very life-like, even down to it's furry body & legs! The boys thought it looked fantastic! As you can imagine, they couldn't wait to have a go! The remote control itself is really easy to operate, with just 4 directional buttons; left, right, up & down. Although the recommended age is 8 years old my almost 6 year old had no trouble getting to grips with the remote & neither did my 3.5 year old. Obviously we were there to keep an eye on them though.
The movement is really good & quite fast-paced & the legs make it look as though it's really crawling when it's zooming along. The only downside I would say is that it's a bit nosier than I expected, so if you want to scare someone make sure that the TV is turned up so they can't hear it coming! lol.
My eldest son can't wait for his nans to visit so he can scare them with it!
Overall I would say it's a brilliant toy for boys of quite a large age range! Even myself & my fiance enjoyed having a play with it! It's also not too expensive.... so all in all a great buy!
