"Amazing!"
I can't praise this CD highly enough!
My last pregnancy was extremely stressful for many reasons and a friend bought me this CD thinking it might help. It certainly did. From the first playing I felt all my worries melting away, it was wonderful.
I listened to it most days, it was great when I could get half an hour to myself, but even if I couldn't the kids enjoyed listening to it and I found that it calmed us all down.
During the birth it really helped to keep me focused, and even now if I put it on my little boy (6 months) quietens down. It's a cheap and really effective way of fighting stress. Brilliant.

"This really worked!"
I listened to this CD the whole way through my third pregnancy and found it really helped me to relax. We would put it on when we got back from playgroup, and most times both my two daughters and myself would all fall asleep. Bliss when I was heavily pregnant!
There are three tracks on the CD and the music is very pretty, not the usual irritating new age stuff (sorry, that just might be me who's not into it!).
I had a home birth and played the CD during labour to calm me down - its recorded at a special pace to lower your heart beat.
I still use it now if i'm feeling stressed, or i put it on in the girls room at night if they are having touble getting to sleep and it really works in getting them to drift off.
All in all a great buy.

"Very Relaxing!"
A great Compilation of 53minutes worth of totally relaxing and calming music.
As soon as I pressed play, I could see myself in a nice warm relaxing bath, with my favourite bubbles and dimmed lights.
The CD is a slow paced compilation so is ideal to play to your unborn baby to help calm and relax both of you, and ideal to play after Birth too to your baby and also yourself to help you drift off to sleep.
I will certinaly be packing the CD into my Labour bag.
