"nice and relaxing"
i tried using this cd with callum and we both enjoyed following the instructions. I found the voice was a bit distracting for sleep time as he is still quite young and kept asking "who's that talking?" lol.
It was a nice cd for just spending time relaxing together. I took the cd into the nursery where i work and used it with the preschool children aged 3-5. It was a great method to bring a calm atmosphere in the room when things became a liitle hectic. I would definatly recommend the cd to staff in schools and nursery settings.

"Great product!"
I have got the Relax Kids Quiet Spaces cd for my eldest son Kian who is 3.5 years old. We have had a few problems with him winding down for bedtime as he seems to get hyper at that time of night!
When the cd arrived I had a quick look & thought the packaging was really nice & it explained the reasons behind the making of the cd very well. Basically it is like meditation for kids! I thought it seemed like a great idea & put it on for Kian when it came to bedtime.
He really liked the cd & it really did calm him down, especially all the breathing exercises that are involved in it. Its a very good way of calming a child down & although it didn't get him off to sleep it did put him in the right frame of mind for it, instead of him running around like a headless chicken until he is worn out!
I would definately recommend this cd to any parents who have trouble getting their kids settled. It really does work & in a fun way too!

"A Miracle"
After many sleepless nights with my 3 year old son, i was sure there wasnt an end to the cycle of waking 3-4 times in night. I didn't think the Relax kids cd would work straight away but i put it in my sons dvd player and left the room. He loved it and for the first half hour he was messing about as it was something new. After about 45 mins it was totally quiet which is extremely unusual and he was sound. When morning came i realised he hadnt woke once in night, so i was truely shocked. Next night was the same, except he just led down in bed and closed his eyes to listen.....was asleep within 15 minutes.
I will definatly be looking at more in the range as its brilliant and definatly works.
Thankyou soooooo much for allowing me to test this,we have both benefitted from it.

"fantastic "
well we have struggled with bedtime i dreaded them for a while now and this cd has totally changed all our lives for the better
we now have a cd player on the landing and i put the cd on and wow the results are amazing its so relaxing so soft and gentle
really hard to get across how much a cd has changed our lives but it honestly has
i would recommend this for children of all ages even mums and dads its so so calming
i will definatley be buying more of these as they have a very good range
