"They soon got bored. "
My children loved being given a new toy! They found it hard to get this guitar to play a different song. We have never used a real guitar before, but I don't think this resembles a real guitar in ease of play.
It is not as easy to clean as other electronic toys as the paper coating damages easily.
My children are, unfortunately, not keen on this toy.
It would need a lower volume control as I found it to be quite loud!
Overall, a good enough toy to keep the children occupied for a while, but not a long lasting toy (by appearance) although it seems a sturdy toy.

"My son loves it"
My son picked this up and used it straight away. He now thinks he is a real rock star. My sons age is the perfect age for this (8). I thought it would cost more than did. It is very sturdy I was worried the way he jumps about he may break it.
it looks very cool and doesn't take up to much room in his samll bedroom.
We do like it I must admit I do prefer it when he plays it in his room.
Overall We think Paper Jamz is great and we'll be buying some more items from the range.

"mixed feelings"
Unfortunatlyy i was fairly disappointed over all with this product. Being a dad of 2 boys (11 yr old and a 9 yr old) and all of us being into music i was looking forward to having some musical fun, but sadly the boys and myself lost interest very quickly. It took alot of reading of the instructions to understand the basics ie changing modes and was very sensitive to touch alot of the time yet less sensitive at others so the children got frustrated very easy.
My 4 yr old daughter took to it longer but i think thats mainly as it plays a song and she thinks she is playing it instead. It might make it slightly easier to use if there was a strap included so they are not worrying about dropping it and can enjoy just jamming away.
I would recommend this for a older child/teenager who was willing to study the instructions and spend the time learning how to use it but for children that just want to be hands on it is not the guitar for them.
Quality wise the product is good quality, is of modern design and very light, the sound that is produced also is of good standards, but due to the difficulity of using the guitar and the sensitive differences i wouldnt be happy paying the RRP. I would be very unsure if it would stand alot of heavy handling either as it is very thin and touch sensitive

"Disappointing"
This was a bit of a disappointment, too complicated to work out and my kids soon got bored with it, they prefer their ordinary guitar. Not as good as we expected unfortunately.

"Paper Jamz Guitar"
When we got this, it took some understanding of what to do and how to work it because it was super sensitive in some areas and not in others! However, once this was mastered she loved it (as did my 2 year old!!). It is good value for money and a lot sturdier than the name would have you think (ie it's not made of paper !! Lol).
I would recommend it with ear plugs for the adults.
