"brilliant minus one thing missing"
this was great! (still is). i put all my appointments, which with 4 kids 3 of whom need hospital attention as well as myself is a lot!
it has the monthly planner at the front, then a week by week break down at the back.
the only thing that would make this better would be an attached pen. given that the diary usually costs over £35 a pen is something i would expect to be included! i would go to write something down in my diary while i was on the phone and STILL have to scrabble for a pen.
it is a little big but i actually like that as its more room to write things in and i just bung it in the changing bag :D
really glad i got this as it goes all the way through to 2012, just wish it had a pen

i fell completely in love with this organiser when it arrived because it immediately ticked many boxes for me. it does break down the 'at-a-glance' planner nicely so that i can use it to mark birthdays and special occasions easily and then i don't need to leaf-through the whole diary to see it all and there's enough writing space that i don't need to write in heiroglyphics!
it starts from September so that works great for school terms etc (not that i'm at that stage yet, but puts me in mind of when i'll need to register my son for preschool!) and it lists a good variety of public holidays, too! there's a handy pocket at the back that i use for receipts and such but would suggest maybe a velcro button to make it a bit more secure and there's also no pencil/pen holder which would be a definite plus, in my opinion.
i've had many positive comments when i've used it at the office - yes, i even use it to tag work-related stuff so that i keep all my activities in one place. i love the colour and especially the feel of the cover! the only drawback for me is that if i've not got a big enough bag, then i either have to leave it at home or take an extra shopper along! :-)
it's my new best friend! (not forever, but at least for the next 12 months!)
