"disappointed"
I have used reusable nappies before and i used bambino mio which were great. I really liked the idea of the onelife nappies with the poppers as it seemed better than Velcro. I tested the pack which was size 1, the pack had 3 nappies, 1 cover and liners. They felt very soft and the quality looked great. Unfortunately they did not fit Katelin very well at all, the nappies were the right size for her but they looked very tight and very very bulky. I have used them a few times so I can review them, Katelin finds it very difficult to roll over in them, and i find her clothes don't fit well if she has them on. The nappies are absorbent though she can have a good 2 hrs without needing a change, I did try her overnight but the nappies leaked maybe they would be better with the booster in at nighttime (booster not in pack i had). I really couldn't use the nappies all the time, maybe its Katelins body shape as I have heard and read very good reviews on onelife nappies. I would recommend you buy a small trial pack to see how you get on with using them before buying a large set.

"lovely gift"
This nanppy set comes in a lovely box, ideal as a gift.
I tested the size 1 set which is suitable for babies weighing between 11lb-18lb, my 16wk old little girl is approx 13lb and a had to have it done up on the tighest popper, so not sure how well it would fit a 11lb baby. The fit on my baby was a good snug fit and she seemed comfy but i wasnt so keen on the plastic pants that go on top i felt that these would rub her legs and they are huge. The nappy is a lot bulkier than disposables but im sure that is the same with all re-usables.
The nappy kept my baby dry and she didnt get upset when wet.
If anyone is considering these nappies i would recomend them but think the waterproof pants that go on top could be made a bit softer.

"Lovely nappies, soft, grows with baby, not so keen on wrap."
I couldn't wait to receive my nappies and once they arrived quickly in the post I opened the package with great anticipation as the last time I used washable nappies was over 6 years ago for my 3rd little boy. I used a few types with him and enjoyed saving money and looking at my lovely nappies drying on the line, but back then although only 6 years ago there was only a small selection of nappies available to me and I mainly used prefold nappies, which were limiting as to size, shape and absorbency.
So this time with my little girl and my last baby I was excited to try out some new designs and came across onelife one size, when they arrived I was really pleased with the box they came in, really nicely displayed, although the plastic cover could have been more eco friendly.
I felt the nappies and they were really soft and I was surprised how thick they were, I fitted one on my baby right away!. I placed the soft paper liner in the nappy which covered the main area of the nappy efficiently, it felt OK to the touch, I think I would use fleece liners in the future as they wick the wetness away better and I found and are kinder to baby's bottom. I found it really easy to fit the nappy to my baby who weighs 10lb right now and is growing every day. The nappy fitted really well on my baby with the tighter popper fitting, which is a fantastic idea for the growing baby!, the nappy has a few different fittings as you just move along to the next popper. Then came the fitting of the wrap which I did not find so easy, I know that reusable nappies are a bit bulky but I did not find it easy to fit this wrap around the nappy, I had to push the nappy back under the wrap or else I would have leaks. The wrap was easy to use, just like a disposable it pulled round baby easily and secured with Velcro, I did find it was a little tight around her little legs as the large nappy pulled it tight.
Even without a pre wash I used my new nappy on my baby overnight to give it a real test and she didn't wake up for 7 hours and I was expecting a wet baby, crib or a sore bottom, but I didn't get that in fact my baby fed well before bed and there was still dry to the touch on most of the nappy. I would expect though for a older baby you would need an extra booster added to the nappy of some kind. The nappies wash well and I dried mine on the washing line outside and they dried really quickly, they were still soft after washing even with line drying which can sometimes make the harsh to the touch.
Overall I think the design of the nappy is great and would recommend as they can be used for a small baby up to a larger baby, I am not keen on paper liners and would use fleece but that is personal preference. I would say the wrap worked well and was really easy to use but I did find it a little small for the size of the nappy on a small baby, I think once the nappy is opened out for a larger baby it would fit fine as you buy a bigger wrap as the baby grows.

"Really disappointed :-("
When i found out i was reviewing Onlife nappies i was over the moon!! I've always liked the idea of using reusable nappies as the amount of nappies my son gets through is stupid, he's using up half our bin space!!
When i recieved the set i washed the nappies and changed my son into one as soon as i could! I found putting the nappy on a bit tricky especially when he started wriggling. I placed a liner in the nappy and then put the nappy on which was easy and was nice and soft on babies skin but then came the tricky part...putting the cover on! I couldn't tell if it was too tight or tight enough and the cover seemed to go right down his thighs so when he kicked about it was rubbing. The nappy was also 2 or 3 times bulkier than a standard disposable so i had to dig some new clothes out because i couldn't do the old ones up!
Putting the nappies on does get easier but i still fanny around making sure he's comfy and by the time i've finished putting the nappy on he's moaning his head off because i've messed him about to much!
I wish i could say i like these nappies and would continue using them but i'm just not happy with them. (A) they don't seem comfortable and (B) there not very absorbent. I don't like waking my son up when he's sleeping but i can't let him sleep to much when wearing a Onelife nappy as his tummy and privates go all wrinkly and i wouldn't want unwanted nappy rash to occur.
