"Love it!"
When the parcel arrived I thought there'd been a mistake, how could a scooter (micro or not) fit in that tiny box?! So I was immediately impressed by the minimal and compact packaging. My partner assembled it in seconds, very easily with no gripes and from the moment my daughter saw it I knew it was never going to be taken apart, therefore I can't comment on the ease or otherwise of disassembling it. It's so lightweight that I would never see the need to do so.
My daughter's just turned 2 and is very petite so I knew it would be a while before she mastered the art of, and gained the weight for the lean-to/weight bearing steering system - which, although can feel quite unsteady at first, seems to keeps the scooter itself from tipping. Currently she uses it in the normal way save for me steadying the handle bars (much to her annoyance!), but she still has another 3 or so years use of it so I'm sure she'll learn. I was also most impressed to discover that it works on reasonably cut grass as well.
The £50-£60 price tag does seem a little steep at first sight (especially when you consider that when used to full capacity you'll need safety equipment, add ons etc), but when you balance it against the years of useage you'll hopefully get, and the delight it provides (for petite adults too - strictly for demonstaration purposes!), it doesn't seem as expensive - maybe a birthday/Xmas treat rather than for the sake of it. I like the neon colouring too, she's really drawn to it and from a safety perspective, it's more visible. As scooters go I would definitely recommend it, in fact I already have!

"Fab item"
Was very very excited when this arrived as had been discussing scooters with my husband for some time after my 2 year old had a go on a friends. I had actually not long bought one in green so now thats been set aside for my younger one when she is old enough once my big one saw this!
First impressions were how brill this scooter looks. Its unlike most others on the market so far with the colours and my daughters eyes simply lit up when we got it out the box. As these are so popular at the moment anyway our local park is full of them but in the normal colours so this really stands out from the crowd in a major way.
Upon putting it together i was struck by its simplicity. The neck simply clips into the base and the push button ensures it does not come apart-in fact thats probably my only gripe. The button is very stiff and because of the tapered end of it i cant undo it becuase its painful to press my finger against it with the neccesary force to undo it. However Im fairly certain thats simply the newness of it and will loosen in time to suficiently be pressed in but will still retain the safety element. Even when fully assembled its very light and easily carried in one hand. TBH i dont dissasemble it much as I just sling it over my shoulder to go to the park and its light enough I barely notice it.
The quality is fantastic, even my normally pernickety other half was impressed by it and commented 'you can tell its swiss made'. The materials feel sturdy and well constructed and it has no flimsy feel to it unlike a cheapish scooter i bought to cahoon around with my daughter. The wheels are a smooth rubber which means they glide effortlessly, the axle system turns smoothly and the handles feel chunky and substantial. The running board also feels sturdy and safe. I also like the fact that should you be so inclined this can be improved upon with extras like new wheels and grips and mini micro also does a wide range of add ons if you wish to spend extra customising it. Personally my 2 year old is happy with some ribbons so that will do us but for those who like to tinker its a bit of a dream.
Its also quite easy to learn to use. The leaning system of steering is more intuitive than turning the handlebars and ive seen some very young children at the park using it quite effectively. My daughter is only 2 yet so mostly likes us to push her or does the odd push along but hasnt gotten to steering yet but this is a product she can grow with so I am looking forward to several happy years of play out of it.
I am aware some people might baulk at the price as 50 odd pound isnt cheap for a childs toy but to be honest its one of those items thats going to be ridden at speed so aside from the neccesary precautions like pads and helmets I would also prefer the peace of mind of knowing I have spent a bit extra on a well made product which is why i had already chosen to purchase one and Im glad to know both my girls will be using these in the future. A brill buy I reccomend to si ply everybody

"The best ride-on"
We've been living in Shenzhen in China for a few months now and had missed our trusty Mini Micro scooters so much. My 3 and 5 year old used to ride them to nursery every day in the UK but we couldn't find them anywhere here in China...until a couple of months ago when we found that the Mini Micro has now been launched in China. Hurray! We went right on to the distributors website - www.ihuabanche.com - and bought two (the staff speak some English so it was pretty easy). They are a little more expensive than we paid in the UK but that might just be an exchange rate thing. Suffice to say, my kids are now the envy of all their new friends. The Micro range are just so much better quality than any of the Chinese toys. So even though they're relatively expensive compared to other ride-ons, if you work out what they'll cost over their years of daily use (my 5 year old got hers when she was 2 and still uses it pretty much daily) they'll actually probably be the cheapest toy you'll ever buy!

"Brilliant Scooter"
When this was delivered my 3 year old son couldnt get it out of the box quick enough. The colours are great and the height perfet for Dylan. It was really simple to put together too, the t-bar just slipped into the bottom and we were ready to go. After riding round the house for 10 minutes we went out and we tested the scooter on a trip to the shops. The bright orange footplate is a brilliant size and the steering mechanism is briliant. My son found it so much easier to steer by leaning to either side than having to turn the handlebars. The weight is really good too, it only weighs 1.5 kg making it easy to carry when they get fed up. I think the £50.00 rrp for this as it is quite expensive but would definately recommend the scooter to anyone. Light, bright and very simple to use!!!!

"Great scooter "
This arrived yesterday and as soon as my son Oliver who is 4 saw the box, he wanted to open it straight away so we did :) It was very easy to put together. The colours on the scooter are great and it is very light weight. I managed to carry it pushing a pushchair it was that light. I lost count how many times we have been round the block the last 2 days so my son can go on it, He finds it very easy to steer and with the 2 front wheels he rids it alot better than he did the old scooter he had. Also the board where he puts his feet on is a little wider than i've seen before but not to wide. I'd say its a perfect size. The wheels give a very smooth ride and i feel my son is safe playing on it. It's very good quality and looks like it's going to last for many years. I do feel the RRP is a little high with so many scooters on the market i think people may be out of with the price but over all i was very pleased with
