"Fantastic colourful designs"
My son who is nearly two received these in a black and yellow design - the first thing he said was WOW!
They are great for staying on little ones feet and offer more support than just slipper socks, at first I thought that the stitches on the Moccis looked like it would be very delicate and not last but as soon as you have a proper look at them you can see how well made and sterdy they are. They are also machine washable and come up really well after washing - the size and details off the bottom have come off but thats no problem!
Durring the trial of these my son was looked after by various different relatives and they all thought how wonderful they were and my son alway had to take them with him!
I am suprised knowing my son that they stayed on his feet for longer than 10 seconds but he liked them and they are slightly more difficult than shoes/socks to take off so that combination has resulted in him wearing them and keeping them on whenever we put them on him.
I think these would be great presents for aunts or grandparents to buy children for Christmas or Birthdays as they are practical, funky and not another toy!
I think I will be buying my daughter a pair of these when she can walk too!

"Very cosy and lovely designs"
We currently own a pair of Moccis for my 2 year old daughter and when we first opened them I thought they looked funky and cosy (we have a pair with stars all over them). They are very much like socks with an extra sole on them and come in a wonderfully varied selection of colours.
My daughter was not keen to try them on initially, but once she did she literally had them on all day and I had to bribe her to take them off when we went out. I have to say that they definitely look better on than they do off and they are extremely easy to put on and stay put due to the thick elastic cuffs at the top.
They are lovely as an alternative to slippers and they suited my daughter very well as they were so flexible and wide fitting. My daugher has worn them every day since owning them. They are also machine washable so you can freshen them up once they start looking grubby.
I personally think they are more suited to the toddler and young child age group. Moccis come in a range of sizes from baby up to adult but I would rather use a more conventional pair of slippers for "around the house" because I wouldnt want to wear them if I popped outside to peg out washing or put the bins out.
The only negative point I saw in the design was that the stiching around the leather sole to the sock was very widely spaced so there is quite obvious gaping around certain parts of the sock. My daughter was picking at the gaps and I wonder if given time, this would become a weak point and therefore shorten the life of the Mocci. I'd imagine this could be remedied by smaller gaps in the stiching on the manufacturers part.
The smaller sizes of the moccis cost £18 which although is not extremely high is more than I would normally spend on a pair of slippers for my little girl. That said, we really like them and my older daughter has asked when she will be getting a pair too.

"Lovely designs"
My Daughter has been given a pair of these Moccis. She is currently 4 and as soon as she saw them she had them on her feet. I love the fact that the designs are perfect for the individual child. There are so many designs to choose from. My little girl has the Cat design and adores them.
I love the fact that they are more like socks than slippers as It keeps their ankles warm along with their feet. I like the non slip sole which is handy due to having Lino flooring in the kitchen.
I have to each and every night take these Moccis off my Daughters feet as she seems to live in them at the moment.
I have washed these so I can review all aspects of them and I have to say im really impressed with how they washed. The colour didnt run and they didnt shrink. I didnt tumble dry them, just put them on the radiator.
I also do think the only down side would be the spaced out stitching along the soles, But my Daughter isnt one to pick at this so will last a good while.
I honestly find the £18 price for the childrens Moccis a bit too steep for me, But then I feel with this product you are paying for quality. My eldest Daughter has asked for some and im debating getting her some for Christmas.
All in all I am very happy with these.

"A quality product."
We received a pair of Moccis for my youngest Son who is 2 years old. They were accompanied by a Moccis leaflet which showed other designs available.
Moccis are a made in Sweden and the pair we received were black and had white stars on. They are called 'Rock 'N' Roll'. They basically look like a pair of socks with a leather sole. The fact they are hand-stitched is also obvious and this really adds to the design.
My Son was not keen on them and it took some bribery to get him to wear them. Once on though he was quite happy and wore them all day. They are very soft inside and the leather sole meant he didn't spend the day sliding around on our laminate flooring like he usually would do wearing socks. The downside to wearing slippers is that they fall off or can be pulled off very easily so Moccis are a fantastic solution especially for those with wooden flooring. They have a double elastic cuff at the ankle whch means they are a nice snug fit and do not fall off.
They look really great as well as having practical advantages. Moccis are machine washable which is a definite advantage over slippers. My other two children aged 9 and 4 absolutely loved them and spent time looking through the leaflet choosing a pair for themselves.
Moccis come in a huge variety of styles and sizes for the whole family and I would say they make a great gift particularly for a baby who is learning to walk. My Son could have done with a pair of Moccis whilst learning to walk so he had some grip on the laminate and it is definitely a gift I will consider for friends children in the future.
The price is something I am undecided over. On the Moccis website they sell at £18 for the baby and junior sizes and £26 for senior sizes. I do think they are good value for money but as Mum of 3 children it could work out expensive. However the Moccis are very good quality and I will more than likely be purchasing a pair each for my eldest Son and Daughter.
