I bought this after reading excellent reviews and having NO LUCK at all with a manual pump. The pump is easy to use and comfortable and I can on average get about 2.5oz at a time (this is excess as I am currently fully breastfeeding but banking excess milk). The pump is portable and can be used with batteries which is great as I plan to use it when I go back to work (I assume I will be able to pump a lot more milk then as I will be away from my baby). Negatives are that it is a little noisy and milk leaks out of the top a little (which both may cause me difficulties when I go back to work and are pumping on the premises but watch this space and I'll let you know how it goes). On the whole happy with the product

this is the best pump ive had i gave up expressing pretty quick with my first daughter as i just couldnt get much.With my second daughter i discovered this pump shes 6 months now and im still expressing it really does feel like a baby sucking i never thought i'd be sucessfull with expressing but this is a brilliant product a must have if you plan to express.

This pump is as good as the hospital standard ones. . its fast and easy to use. The two phase pumping action really does make the milk flow faster. They say that it is quiet, I wouldnt say so! It is a little expense but by far the best electric breast pump I have used.
