"Uplifting when smelt"

I was very excited at the prospect of using this product, as the press release and purpose of use written on the tube is every mums dream i suppose, (To energise tired mums in short). The lime oil and the Bergamot are the smells which do offer that brief uplifting experience it claims to offer, but once applied and sniffed, thats it! No ongoing burst of energy, no quick fix solution to all mums of young children, even older ones who suffer from the odd nights of bad sleep, or no sleep at all. The smell does offer you a boost when sensed as it tantalises your sense of smell, but the effect is short lived once the smell has disappeared, which to me was gone within 15minutes approximately. On the plus side, its £5, it smells lovely, but if you think you've found the miracle cure to being a fatigued, overexhausted supermum, think again.

"Didn't really do it for me!"

My first impression was positive - the bliss stick comes in attractive, compact packaging which wouldn't look out of place on a benefit make up counter. The handy roller ball design makes application quick and easy however sadly I didn't find the oil at all uplifting as the packaging suggests. The Geranium oil seemed to overpower the more subtle scents and the overall effect was inoffensive and wore off very quickly. Ever the optimist I have tried the product several times and still no uplift although I'm happy to concede that this could be partly attributed to personal taste. I feel that the quality of the oil is lacking which is possibly reflected in the inexpensive price however for me this doesn't really represent value for money. Great idea, lovely packaging but unfortuntely a bit of a let down.

"value for money "

i found that the mama baby bliss bliss stick was worth its money, it has a really nice smell and easy to apply to the wrists by a roller ball, i get very stressed out easy and i found the smell as soon as applied seems to make me less stressed i think its the smell, i would recomenned to new mums or as a present to a new mum, i found that it also it good for sensitive skin as i never got any rashes and i have sensitive skin.

"Gorgeous smell"

Bliss Stick uplifting oil comes as 10ml in a glass tube with a roller ball in the top, and you just roll a bit on the inside of your wrists. It smells absolutely gorgeous - warm and comforting but uplifting at the same time, and when I've put it on I have to keep sniffing my wrists as it smells so good! It contains Jojoba oil, Lime oil, Bergamot oil and Geranium oil. I'm not sure that I find it particularly energising, but sniffing my favourite smells always makes me feels a bit happier, so it does work in that respect.

I have quite sensitive skin but I haven't had any reaction to the Bliss Stick at all, and it doesn't give me a headache either unlike a lot of other perfumes/oils. At £5 each I think the Bliss Stick is reasonably priced and would make a lovely little present for a new mum or as a treat for yourself.
