"Love love love this product"
My husband and I were keen to get our daughter in a swimming pool from as early as possible. We wanted her to have lots of confidence in the water and be a keen swimmer. She was born in December when there was snow on the ground and the cold weather stayed around a long time. In order for us to take her swimming in the winter and early spring months we needed something to help keep her warmer for longer..... then we found the Konfidence baby warmer.
It seemed a little pricey initially when we saw it on the net but thought we would give it a go and we are really pleased we did! it is a great quality material and it really does help to keep baby warm!
It is easy to get on and off baby and you can literally just fold it up around baby! It washes easily and the material does not spoil.
The only thing we did find was that on getting our little lady out of the pool we instantly wrapped her in a towel- however the baby warmer drenched the towel completely. Next time we went swimming we took the warmer off in the pool before stepping out and then it was all ok! towel on the side and baby straight into it!
I would recommend to others and would 100% buy these again in the future for any other children we might have!

"too small for my big boy!!!"
When I received this product, I was and still am very impressed with the feel and quality. It appears to be well made and would provide a snug fit. However, my baby likes his grub!!!, and for 9 months is on the chunkier side - he is almost 26lb!!!! The size we were sent for was 6-12 months but weight wise he is at the top end. Although you want a snug fit as that is the idea, I felt that it would have been too tight on him as he would be wearing a swim nappy underneath too.
Having said this, I still feel the product is very practical and useful as most babies like swimming, which means they can stay in the water longer. And lets be honest it can feel like quite a mission to do, especially when they can only stay in for a short time. Slightly gutted that couldn't use it, but the price, bright colours and secure fastenings are all positive!!!

"babywarma Konfidence"
The babywarma wetsuit by Konfidence is excellent!
An attractive looking suit ( I liked the flower detail too) available in various colours that is extremely easy to use and works!
The velcro fastenings and access points to the side, over the shoulders and at nappy area allows the suit to open fully and for you to adjust the suit to provide a good snug fit.It's also very quick and easy to remove.The velcro is strong so it would take some effort for your child to remove it.
velcro postions: (hooks - scratchy bit, hoops - soft bit).
Shoulders: Scratchy bit on shoulders with soft bit on adjustale shoulder straps - brill, no problems there!
Side & nappy area: Scratchy bit on adjustable flaps and soft bit on suit - I had to be careful here that i had good placement of the flaps to ensure that the scratchy velcro couldn't scratch my babies skin.
The pink neoprene suit was a good fit and comfortable, as my 11 month old daughter did not object to wearing it and the suit provided me with a better grip in the water, which is very useful!
The girls suit sizing guide (6 -12 months)is for a weight of 16-26lbs / 7-12 kgs which is very generous for the age range.
Our pool has been much cooler in the winter months, and we have been able to stay in the water for the swimming lessons without the blue tinges! I do feel that having something to cover the shoulders would have been an additional bonus for the younger ones.
It appears expensive at RRP of £18.99 but on reflection is well worth it (i've so wasted money on baby things i didn't really need!)
I will buy this again when i require the next size up.

"Well worth the money."
As bad as it sounds I have alway been put of taking my babies swimming due to how cold the pool is and fiddely costumes!
Well once I recieved this costume I thought I would bite the bullet and take my 8 month old twins swimming, I saw it as the perfect opotunity to compare the custume to the average swimming costume, I put the Konfience costume on my son and a normal costume on a daughter.
The first thing I can say about the costume is that it was a bit of a tight fit, I chose the size 6-12 months and my son is only 8 months so if he was 12 months he would not fit.
aprt from that It was easy to put on thanks to the velcro that goes over the shoulders, easy to change my sons nappy thnaks to the velcro between the legs.
My son lasted longer ing the pool than my poor daughter she was freezing! so yeah the product is easy to use and does infact keep your child warm I think its great I just need to get a bigger size now.
