"Compact & neat"
I already had a similar product to this which my little girl loved so was a bit reluctant to switch. However when i tested it the first night she couldn't take her eyes off it. She absolutely loved it. It is very simple to use and effective. There are different settings to listen to the ocean, rain, and heartbeat which makes a change from the traditional lullabys (which this system also has). The soundspa projects 3 different images (in the form of 3 discs you slot in) one is a night scene, the second is an ocean/sea one and the third a forest one. This also makes a nice change from your typical winnie the pooh ones. My daughters favourite was the sea one. The projector can be pivoted so can be angled on to different walls in the room not just the ceiling. You can also set a timer on for up to 1 hr in 15 mins blocks so it will switch off autimatically after 15, 30, 45 or 60 mins. If you only want to play music and not have the projector ir vuce vers this can be done as they work independantly of eachother. Very neat product and good price. I would recommend this.

"great item"
I have had this item for a few weeks now i think its a great item it has 6 musical sounds 3 of them are soothing natural sounds and 3 of them are melodys i have found the natural sounds the most useful as my daughter goes off to sleep quicker with them than she does with the melodys. It also has 3 different picture disks which are really easy to change and all store in the slots on the back of the machine, i founud it useful to change the picture every few nights so that my daughter never got board of the same picture. The product has a projector on it so you can angle it at any wall or celing and the futher away from the wall or celing that it is means that you get a bigger picture displayed, it has volume control and a brightness control which helps in not so dark rooms you can also use the light and sound features sepeartly so the sound it not always needed to be used. I feel that it is very well priced and i do wish that i had got one sooner as it has been a great help with her bedtime routine.

"Great quality"
Where was this when our eldest was having trouble going to bed?
We spent some time looking for something like this trying several from Argos which were all terrible some of which the sounds were like something from the 70's how they would help anyone sleep who knows...
Anyway I think we overlooked this little gem because it's incredibly understated, it just doesn't look like something to get a child to sleep which may be a very good thing as they don't show any interest in trying to interfere with it.
Anyway tried the Lullaby out with our boys as they share a room (3 and 1). The noises are absolutely beautiful offering a lovely selection from heartbeat (very reassuring for newborns I expect), Ocean (again very pleasant white noise) to rainfall (may favourite) then a selection of musical tunes consisting of Twinkle Twinkle, Rock a bye and cradle, again the music is beautifully done and not harsh at all.
On to the projector part. The Lullaby comes with 3 different scenes for the projector a typical nighttime scene, a sea scene and a forest scene, they're all very pretty with some nice colours and characters.
The projector has 2 brightness settings so it can usually be seen in a darkened room without needing it blacked out especially useful in summer. There is also a volume control which gives excellent control and doesn't go ridiculously loud.
The unit also has a timer to turn the music and projector off after a choice from 15 to 60 mins in 15 min increments.
You can also operate the two features independently of each other so just music or just projector or both.
Also the projector can be angled so you can aim the image almost anywhere in the room so the unit itself can be far away from the child.
Only downside to the unit is that after a few weeks use the discs have started making a slight squeaking noise whilst turning not loud enough to be a problem at all but it is present it's nothing that's going to upset a child though.
5 out of 5 for value and ease of use, one star off for the squeak.
Using this has stopped Oli standing up in his cot and screaming he now looks at this and falls asleep instead and his brother begs for it to be put on at bedtime too.
No nursery should be without one of these.

"Good value for money"
I found this soundspa very easy to use and great value for money.
My little boy who is 1 year old loved this, he already has a ceiling projector which plays music but he preffered this one.
There are 3 different picture discs to choose from which are easy to change, the projector is a good size and pivots so that it can either be on the ceiling or on the wall.
The sound is good quality and there is a volume dial with 6 sounds to choose from (3 ambiance and 3 musical) my little boy was entertained. What I loved best is it plugs into the mains so no more batteries! It also has a timer switch for 15,30,45,60 mins.
I only wish i had this one from when he was born could have saved me a fortune in batteries.
