"great customer services!"
I used the beauty balm for puffy eyes. it did reduce the puffiness, even my 5yr old daughter tried it, she couldnt apply it by herself as using the scraper seemed difficault for her.
We also tried the purple balm for her eczema, it didnt seem to be working, the redness didnt get any better. I spoke to a member of the company who gave me great advice and told me to try the yellow balm - which has seemed to make her eczema a little better.

So all in i tried 3 of the balms and i have mixed opinions - i suppose you should consult the company with your problem first so they can recommend which balm to use.
Great customer service though!

"not working for us"
used the purple balm on dan doesn't seem to have done much other than made the area more red than it was before. My husband used the yellow on his dry skin on his fingers and it also hasn't seemed to make much difference. Sorry these products just aren't for us

"Yellow balm = great results"
i tested the yellow balm on my daughter and myself and found it made a difference on dry sensitive skin. i was concerned with how oily the balm was and that this may cause a rash or not be the right product for our sensitive skin, i was pleased when after using this product that this was not the case. this was a great all round product.

"Great for mum too!"
I was really impressed with the yellow and purple balms. My little one had a very red chin from all the dribbling and the purple balm calmed it down no end. I used the yellow balm on her legs which were very dry, and it kept the dryness under control which was great. Not only that, but with all the washing of hands I seem to do, my hands have gone really dry, but on using the yellow balm my hands are getting back to normal - I use it after washing my hands with soap and water.

"fast acting"
Ive been using the purple balm on my 6 month old son and it has been fantastic!
When applied to his nappy rash it cleared up within a couple of days.He also suffers from dry skin and eczema. I applied to balm to his forehead, which was particularly dry, and to his cheeks which were dry and red. The redness dissapeared almost immediately after application, and his skin looked much healthier and moisturised- a much better result than the product I had been using on prescription from my G.P! I did find the balm a little difficult to apply, I agree with what others have said-if it were a little softer it would be easier. All in all though, a brilliant product, it has made a big difference to my sons skin and Im very suprised and pleased with the results!

"Amazing Results"
I tested the purple balm and found it a fantastic texture and not runny like other creams can be. It means when my 3 year steals it and opens the pot he cant make a mess, always a plus.
It is so easy to use, just scrape a little out the pot with the stick provided and I then rubbed it together between 2 fingers and softened it and it applied extremely easily and after using only once I noticed a difference to Rubys napp rash. The nappy rash had 100% vanished by the 3rd day and has not been back since.
Excellent product and well worth having for your little ones bottom.

"purple balm"
We tested the purple balm.Overall i found it a good product. The smell was a little off putting and it was a little hard to apply.
I used the balm on alices sore bottom and it did reduse the redness but because it was difficult to apply i couldnt get the amount on that i think was needed.
The balm is hard to scrape and if it was softer this would help.
I also used the balm on my 5 year olds sore chin. She has a chapped lip and vaseline wasnt doing anything. The purple balm is brilliant for this, really reduced the redness and emily said it wasnt sore either!!so thumbs up for that!!!
Overall a good product that does what it says!!but coiuld be a little softer/creamier

"Quick acting"
The purple balm works brilliantly, so a herby smell is a small price to pay!! It got rid of Jaidyn's nappy rash quickly and she's not had any more since. I put it on at each nappy change and even after a rather bad nappy on the school run her bum stays pink and not red raw.
Also no more red chin when we've been out. A brilliant balm.

The yellow one has made my son's rough eczema skin smoother. So I guess that's a thumbs up for that one too.
It's a bit of a pain scrapping with the scraper, if they could be made a bit softer they would be perfect!
