"Hafan y Mor" This camp has a half board offer which we took up as it works out cheaper.
I must say their food was lovely. Even the boys had a good fill! Breakfast was a choice of as much breakfast cereals and cooked breakfast with as much tea and and coffee as u wanted. Evening meals were the best.. we had pork, fish pie, pasta, loads of things and a different kids menu every night... from turkey teddies to fishys ice cream and jelly. The boys loved it!
The park itself was lovely and the pool was one of best we have used. The slides were great and kids could go down them on their own. They also have a small pool with tiny slides which my almost 2 year old could use and which he loved.
The play area inside was really big but gets very busy at times.
There are plenty of places to eat, though Burger King and Harry Ramsden's shop is fairly well priced too.
Overall it's a lovely place to visit. Member review by vicki - mummy of 3 boys

"Burnham on Sea Park" We used the hoilday park's camping ground a few times. its really cheap. Kids love it on this site. they have family showers so u can take all kids with u and toddle seat to strap monkeys in. lol The site is well lit and toilets have coded doors so only campers can get in them.
The site itself is the best we have been to and we have been to loads of Havens.
It's clean, well-signed, caravans all clean and tidy, entertainment was amazing. On most sites Rory only comes out for a while. Here he was out for at least 2 and half hours. Staff were all lovely too. lovely place. will defo be going back in Sept. Member review by vicki - mummy of 3 boys

"Haven's our 2nd home!!" We are a Haven family. Every year without fail we are at a Haven Park somewhere in the country. This year it was Primrose Valley near Scarborough. Ok, so the weather wasn't the best we've had (traditional British summer rain!!) and my son was ill with a bad head cold for most of the week, but we still managed to have a great time.
Rory, Bradley and friends can always be guaranteed to raise a few smiles. Greedy the Gorilla had my youngest going absolutley loopy every time she saw him! The entertainment complexes do get very busy after all it's a family holiday park and therefore lots of families want to see the kids entertainment. We always get in early to get a good table (between 5:30 & 6pm} and I've always been perfectly happy to let the kids go off onto the dance floor by themselves, as long as they remember where we are!! My eldest, who's 11, still loves to see Rory and his friends strut their stuff, although this yearI think she was more interested in seeing her youngest sister's reaction to her first Haven experience!
The accomodation has always been good, apart from last year, where a complaint led to a complimentary weekend in a Gold caravan (top of the range). One bad experience wouldn't put us off though awe booked this years holiday as soon as we came back! This year we booked next years before we'd even gone!
Some of our happiest memories are from Haven, where as long as you've got great Funstars who work their socks off to entertain you, happiness is guaranteed, well at least for this family.

"Flagship park" We visited Havens Devon Cliffs holiday park in June and overall had a great time. The weather even stayed dry all week!
On arrival we were surprised to see how big the park is. Our caravan was around a 10 minute walk (maybe slightly less) from the entertainment facilities which to be honest (bearing in mind how hilly the park is) was a bit of a trek with the kids.
The pools (indoor & outdoor) are fab and the kids loved them, especially the flumes. There are lockers at the poolside which you pay for but you do get a proportion of that back when you leave (sorry, can't remember how much it was!). There are 2 or 3 entertainment venues which cater for the younger kids at the start of the evening and this progresses onto the adult entertainment. Unfortunately both my daughters thought MOST of the kids entertainment (Rory/Anxious etc) was too "babyish" for them! Be warned also - the entertainment venues get VERY busy - one night we didn't even get a seat. The nights we did get a seat the chairs were so close together it was a mammoth task to get out to get to the bar or wherever.
The location of this park we found was great. Sandy Bay was a short (steep) walk away and is a fabulous beach. You can walk along the beach (depending on the tide)or along the coastal path to Exmouth. We also walked along the coastal path in the other direction to Budleigh Salterton which was a lovely walk.
The park has a well stocked supermarket and also a shop selling souvenirs. Also there is a launderette, amusements, Burger King along with a few other eateries so I guess you don't need to leave the site if you don't want to!
Remember also to take your bed linen back to the hire shop at the end of your holiday to get a £10 refund! (It doesn't open until 9am though). Member review by Yvonne - Mum of 2 girls
