"clear and easy to follow"
This recipe book has got really great picture in it that really inspire you to delve in and try to make the food.
I like that everything is do able in 30 mins or less, as most of us mums dont have alot of time for cooking.
I love to cook and try out new things so i really enjoyed this book and was oohing and ahhing at the recipies.
To begin with you have advice on organisation as preperation is the key!
Then you have cooks info, which is the conversions, oven temps, grilling/steaming/roasting times very very handy .
Next starts the recipies.
The top of each page is set out as time, calories per portion, fat per portion, of which saturates, serves and if its suitable for vegetarians and suitable for freezing.
The instructions are set out very clearly and there is not too much information.
First its soups, a few normal everyday ones and some a bit more adventurous. Then quick fixes, everyday eating, frozen assets ( very handy), side orders, desserts ( drool), take the biscuit and then the index.
I made white chocolate and apricot slice, very tasty, cranberry and cinnamon cookies, quick cottage pie and chicken and leek pot pies.
I plan to use this book a lot
It has a good mix of everyday foods which anyone would make and other recipes which challenge you try try something different that is easier than you would think.

"Good cooking made very easy!"
This book is very well thought out, organised and presented. From the start the cookbook looks like one you would want to cook from- it has easy recipes, with lovely large photos, and a variety of different foods and meals.
There are the usual chapters covering soups, sides, mains and desserts, but in addition are some very useful chapters like quick fixes i.e snacks and my favourite- ‘frozen assets’. Frozen assets gives you recipes that can be frozen for another day or used again for a different meal- great idea!
I have already tried out several recipes, all of which worked out well, but as I like things a bit more spicy I tweaked the recipes a little for my taste.
For those of us trying to eat a little healthier, this book also provides calorie and fat information on all the recipes as well as cooking times- all of which are 30 mins or less. Great for everyday dinner worries!

"Good Variety"
One of my sons is gluten and Dairy and Soya intolerant but the pictures are great and there is a good variety including some cookies which are wheat and dairy free!. We have tried the Banana and Cinnamon muffins, substituting the ingredients for wheat and dairy free ones and they still turned out great. Have found other recipes that we are going to try as soon as we can. Overall a thumbs up from myself and both my boys.
