"Great Yo yo, Great price "
After telling my 12 year old he was getting a new YoYo he couldn't wait and he cetainly wasn't disappointed.
The packaging was Ok - nothing exciting but I didnt expect it to be. The yo yo itself looked appealing brightly coloured and sturdy. After an hour he had learned loads of tricks which he found on the internet and was over the moon showing us his new found skill. It has hit the floor a number of times and is still in one piece, even after my 3 year old threw it down the steps because her brother wouldn't share!
Overall I am very pleased with the yo yo and would reccomend.

"Good but could be better."
Well, we were really looking forward to the yo yo arriving and I must say that on first look the packaging looks good and there isn't a lot of it which means we can be a bit greener.
The packaging advertised a yo yo that is an auto return yo yo that springs back up.
My wee boy played with it and unfortunatley it didn't return to him automatically so mum took over and although I could get it to return there was no spring as promised!
The good feature is that it unscrews so if the string is caught then you are able to de-tangle without wanting to toss the yo yo into the bin as normally happens so we love that feature.
The main comment that we've had from our wee boy and his friends is why doesn't it light up?!?!
All in all it is a good product but maybe you have to be a better yo yoer to engage the spring action.
Thanks for the product though, hubby and me have had fun trying out our old yo yoing skills!

"We wanted to love it..."
The Duncan Pulse yo-yo we received promised great things and looked the part.
My boys were really exited by the clear plastic design which you could see through and the flashing light features. I was pleased it already had batteries inserted and spares enclosed - great start!
We opened he box and followed the clear instructions for using the yo-yo for the first time (height adjustment etc), a small squabble ensued about who was to go first - that settled the yo-yoing began and boy with yo -yo declared....
"It's rubbish. it's not heavy enough", boy two had a go and agreed.
I had a go and thought I was pretty good, baby loved the flashing lights so my yo-yoing attempts provided a good five minutes of entertainment for her.
It was easy to use, looked great and I was fairly entertained by it though had to agree with the boys that it seemed a little light for it's purpose, it is of course possible that we are just not great at yoyoing and needed more practice..... still, I wouldn't want to pay close to a tenner for it.
Sorry, we really wanted to love it!
