"The best bouncer!!!"
We bought the Concord Rio for our youngest son because he was born prematurely and we wanted to maintain the lie flat position as much as possible.
We were very impressed with the Concord Rio, it looks and feels like a piece of furniture with a sturdy wooden base and plush fabric seat unit.
The Concord Rio features a 4 position backrest which goes from lie flat to sitting upright, it is really easy to adjust the backrest simply by squeezing the one hand lever at the back of the seat and the action is extremely smooth which meant that when our little boy fell asleep sitting up it was easy to recline the seat without disturbing him.
The seat itself was extremely comfortable, featuring a newborn support cushion for extra padding which we used for the first 4 months before removing it to create the larger seat. The Concord Rio seat unit fabrics are also easy to remove for washing, which became invaluable as we moved to the weaning stage. The fabrics also withstand washing very well.
The Concord Rio is on the heavier side of the rocker chair market, but the carry handles do make transporting it easy enough and the fact that it folds flat for storage are a huge bonus when space is tight. The included carry bag was also great when we went out in the car as it kept the seat clean and the base scratch free.
In all we cannot recommend the seat highly enough, our little one had many hours of precious sleep in his Concord Rio, it was an invaluable piece of equipment which allowed me to get on with all the day to day jobs with the peace of mind that little one was safe and comfortable. "very stylish "
This rocker looks great, it's really modern. It has 4 reclining positions, you can lie your baby flat for sleeping or sat up for playing. It supports charlie really well better than any other rocker we have seen.Unlike most rocker it folds up so when its not in use it can be stored away.The materials look really strong and its well worth its money if your willing to spend around £90. There was only two things i would change about this rocker,one would be it needs a toy bar to keep babies amused the other would be that the material attracts dust and clothes fibers easily.
