"Exactly what i needed"
This pillow mist did exactly what i hoped it would, and helped me get a good rest. The lavender scent was very calming and helped me drift off into a deep sleep. I tested it over three weeks, and found it really helped each time, even when i tried it during the day for a nap.

"A lovely product"
As someone who has always had trouble sleeping, I was excited to try this product. It comes in an attractive, easy to use bottle and has a lovely smell. After spraying it on my bed linen and bed clothes, I enjoyed the scent as I went through my usual bed time routine of reading and drinking a cammomile tea. On the nights I used the product, I would say that I felt more relaxed than usual, experienced less frequent nightime waking than usual and had a better nights sleep overall. I will continue to use this product and would buy it for myself.

I tested this for about 1 week and i have to say that on the nights that i used this i seem to have had a better nights sleep.
The smell is fantastic and i would definately purchase this myself.
The packaging is really nice too and makes it feel like your buying quality which you are.

"Worth a try"
I found this product was very easy to use, and came in a pretty little bottle. Its not something that I would normally think to buy, but it did seem to make me feel a lot more calm, once I lay my head on my pillow, helping me to fall asleep easier. The only downside to this product is the smell, I dont like the smell of lavender, and the sleep mist is lavender scented.
