"great product but more needed"
I have used these on my daughters cot. there was 6 in the pack and they look lovely and are pink and white. i still use a normal bumper as 6 is not enough and i think that a normal bumper looks nicer but these are great to use at the sides .
Now that my daughter is 1 she tends to pull them off so i dont think we will use them much longer.
overall a good product but needs to be more in the pack

"Fantastic idea, more bumpsters needed though."
I really loved the idea of Bumpsters as my baby girl is very active in her cot, she has actually jumped on her very expensive cot bumper and ripped the ties! so I was looking forward to trying these.
When they arrived I was pleased to see nice Pink patterns on the bumpsters, I have pink small ones that fit snugly around the cot bars, there are a set of 8, 4 for each side.
I placed them very easily on the cot and my cot looked so nice and the patterns fittin welll with my theme.
I thought they are nicely padded, easy to fit and look great, now was time to put the baby in with them.
She looked at them and peeped through the gaps and thought it was very funny that she could see mummy and daddy through the gaps! We currenty share our room with the baby due to having 3 boys and now a baby girl in a 3 bed house so it is also important the she sleeps well.
I found the bumpsters stopped her from hitting herself on the bars just as they are designed, the only thing I would say is that I think I really could do with more bumpsters in the pack, My baby moves a lot up and down the cot and I think they should cover the whole cot not just the top half, especially as my baby sleeps at both ends.
So overall I think they are really great! A fab idea and I wish all cot bumpers were fixed with velcro.
I love the colours, the fit and the fact they work, wash well and can be stored and used in different numbers too.
I have had to use them in addition to my normal bumper as my baby moves around a lot and also the light does shine through the small gaps in the bumpsters when My husband and I come in and out of the room. otherwise they are great and good value for money!

"Lovely :-)"
I have a set of small Bumpsters. The small sets are designed to wrap around 2 poles or bars 2cm wide or narrower or around 1 bar 5cm or wider. these are designed to be used instead of the "traditional round the cot bumper".
I received the Bumpsters in pink they consisted of a set of 8 cot bar bumpers in different patterns including 4 x pink and white pinstripe, 2 x white with pink dots and 2 x pink with white dots.
They are really good quality though my set of pink with white dots had a slight colour variation one was lighter than the other and also the lighter one seemed slightly smaller in size, but this didnt affect how it fitted on the cot bars.
The Bumpsters are easy to attach with strong velcro, you position them so that the velcro is on the outside of the cot, and at the bottom of the cot bars just above the mattress. I found that my very curious daughter could not undo the bumpsters though she found it amusing to slide them up the cot bars !
Jess has just started rolling around and often rolls into the cot bars banging her head while she settles herself down before sleeping ( she just doesnt stay still !), i love that the bumpsters stopped her head coming into contact with the wooden bars on the cot and i have found that she doesnt wake as easily now if she does roll in the night as she used to before. In a morning now when i go fetch her it is very cute to see her peeking through the cot bars rather than her not being able to see like with the old cot bumper we had :-).
The RRP for these seems good value but i think a pack of 10 would be better just so that you could have more "coverage" of the cot bars for those babies who like to wriggle up the cot and down the cot, other than that these are a brilliant product and they look very pretty to :-).

"lovely product"
My little one is a good sleeper however was constantly bumping his head on the side of his cot in the night. This didn't wake him up however we kept hearing a thump which woke us and was a worry that he was actually hurting himself.
I've got the large bumpsters, 6 in a box, each one wrap around two cot bars. They attach easily with velcro and look great. The quality is excellent, really well padded. They are good value for money as they good quality however like the last reviewer I could have done with more so 8 - 10 in a box would have been good.
When my son thumps his head on the bars now there is no noise so our sleep is not disrupted and there is less chance of him actually hurting himself which is reassuring. We have had a much better few nights sleep for which we are very grateful!

"Brilliant product"
I have the light blue small Bumpster set. Basically, instead of being a long pad type (that your normal bumper set is) this set differs. This set comprimises of 8 seperate small bumpers that can fit around 1 or 2 bars of the cot and are seal in with velcro.
There are 3 different pattern designs in the box pack
4 x blue & white pin strip
2 x white with blue spots
2 x Blue with white spots
I like it as it protects the baby from the bars but will also allow the baby to see out of the bars and doesn't cut your child off from visual view. They are easy to fit around your baby's cot and the material doesn't feel cheap, meaning it should be withstanding. I washed 2 of the bumpster pads this afternoon and once they were taken out of the wash, I checked them over for any lose stitchings etc. But I am happy to say that the pads are in tact and have not lost their 'padding' feeling.
I remember my first son hated being placed in a cot with the normal type of bumpster sets, he liked to see out of the bars, this brought him a comfort security. This product fits that bill, in my opinion.
The RRP is 30.00 GBP, good price for a decent set. However, I do feel that for 30.00, there should be more pads, maybe a min. of 12 to make it more value for money.
