"Fab product"
Got a lovely surprise through the post when I recieved this to review. My first impression when I took it out of the packaging was how beautifully colourful it was. I don't really go in much for neutral tones and my daughter is always dressed in bright and cheerful colours so the rainbow stripes on this definately appealed to me.
I was also impressed by how soft it is. I use a sheepskin in my daughters buggy for warmth/cooling but also for softness, she is quite a tactile baby and she has quite sensitive skin but when I zipped her up in this she loved it and kept stroking the soft fleecy material. She also seemed to enjoy looking at the stripes. She is usually quite fractious when first put in her buggy as she hates being strapped into anything but was perfectly settled in this. My husband and I think it was a combination of the softness, warmth and interesting colours but either way made the first few minutes of the buggy ride far easier than they usually are.
Ease of use wise this is a doddle - the footmuff i had bought previously meant that it had to be attatched and detatched each time you wanted to use it as it only zipped along the bottom and one side meaning one side was still attatched. The buggysnuggle is different. Because the top layer of the buggy snuggle zips off totally I am able to leave the bottom layer attatched to the buggy at all times with her sheepskin on top giving her a lovely cosy, soft seat to sit on. Then when its cold I simply zip the top layer on and can head off knowing she is snug and warm inside. When I am not using the top layer is folds up and sits in the basket under the buggy without taking up too much room. Probably my only gripe with its ease of use is the ties to attatch it at the top - I have a 3 wheeler buggy with a non traditional frame so would have preferred some kind of popper system but can understand the manufacturer catering to the wider market. I managed to get around it by securing the ties to the hood of my buggy and once the straps are threaded through the holes in the buggysnuggle it sits nice and secure and as there are three sets of strap holes I know I cn adjust it once she gets a bit bigger.
The pocket on the top layer is a nice touch. My little one rarely goes out without her favourite soft toy - George the cow and once the top layer is on George fits rather neatly in the top pocket with his head and front hooves hanging out so she can see and stroke him but be in no danger of losing him. Not sure what other uses some would put it to but its a great George carrier for our house.
Personally I think this product is fantastic value for money - I have actually given the footmuff I originally bought to use with my buggy to my parents for their buggy as I will be continuing to use the buggysnuggle on a daily basis I just cannot seem to find fault with it and get a lot of admiring comments about it while I am out and about with my daughter.

"Excellent product"
When I first received my buggy snuggle I was so disappointed that we seemed to be having our summer - in September. I was desperate to try it out.
Well the weather has got cold again and I love the buggy snuggle. Ella is still in the buggy attachment in our big pram, and it fits perfectly. It is so cosy and warm and made of a lovely material. Ella is a very tactile baby, but also one who refuses to keep arms and legs inside blankets while in her pram. Since having the buggy snuggle, her arms and legs are always nice and warm. She loves the feel of the fabric, and rather than push her arms out, she sits and strokes the material - sometimes will even try to rub it against her cheek. Long gone are the days of constantly loosing blankets, or having a blanket that is useless because she will not keep her legs and arms warm.
The beauty of buggy snuggle is that it can be used on its own as a blanket, but for those really cold winters ( and we got lots of them in Scotland ) it can be used underneath a cosytoes, to add that extra layer of heat around your baby or child. It can be used along with any make of pram, or buggy, making it very adaptable.
As a product it is only likely to be used during the colder months, and due to the climate here in the Britain - particularly Scotland, it is well worth the price. However, in the warm months, and in warmer climates it would not be worth the money at all, as it would overheat the bay, and make the baby very uncomfortable. Therefore it is not a product that can remain on your pram or buggy for the duration you use it, it would have to be removed and put back on periodically, which can be quite a difficult task depending on you pram type.
Fitting the buggysnuggle did prove a little dificult in our pram. We have to undo all the straps, fit the buggysnuggle and then re-attach the straps. This is the only downside that I could highlight, due to the nature of our pram.

"brilliant buggysnuggles"
I was sent the buggy snuggles 2 weeks ago and have used it every time i have been out with my push chair, i think it is such a cosy, well made and well thought of idea and would highly recommend this product.
The design i was sent is lovely and bright and can be for both boys and girls, the material is so soft, my daughter looks so snug and warm, now i dont have to put loads of layers on her to keep her warm.
I would definitely buy a buggy snuggles as it will do the perfect job for the coming winter months.

"I Want A Grown-Up Snuggly!"
I bought the Buggy Snuggle for my baby nephew as his mum wanted 'something practical' when he was born. Well I have to say that it's more than practical - it's absolutely gorgeous. Harry's looks just like the one in the picture above and I reckon it would make even the most basic buggy look 'special' I love the lovely warm stripy pattern and it just feels so nice to the touch - all cuddly and snuggly. It's really strokeable - if there is such a word!
The Buggy Snuggle bears no resemblance to the bog-standard similar products you can buy on the High Street - it's streets ahead in terms of quality and style.
I think Buggy Snuggle should start doing some grown-up Sofa Snugglers as I reckon they'd go down really well. I'm definitely a guaranteed customer if they ever decide to go down that route!
Well done Buggy Snuggle - a fab product!
