This is great for a slight rash on the bottom - but it doesnt seem to touch charlies teething bottom. They recommended Bepanthen but never had any but I had acyually had a sample a few months agoa nd had kept it in my hospital bag. Within 2 days her bottom was back to normal and I was so impressed I will recommend it to evveryone I know and it will be what I buy from now on too.
