"Lifesaver and Motivator"
I dismissed this straight away when I received it as being useless, I am desperate to loose weight and didn't seem to realise what a little gem was sat in my sideboard in this book.
Everything is broken down really well and simple for a mummy brain to make sense of, my little girls loves being involved in my little exercises and it makes me feel better and more energised that I am doing something and my little girl is involved.
Would and will be recommending this to all mummies I know. FANTASTIC.

"inspiration"
received the book and to be honest had a quick look through and thought im never going to have time so put it on the book shelf and didnt look at it again for a week.
that was the worst mistake i could have made, i cant imagine life without it now. i have so far lost just under a stone in just under 2 months. the workouts are quick and easy and my baby loves them just as much as i do.
i would say definatly worth the price :)

"Great to get you thinking about exercise again!"
When I first got this book, my first thought was how on earth am I supposed to think about exercise with my baby needing me 24/7? That is exactly the situation this book has been written for however. It's lovely to look at with vibrant photos and excellent step by step guides to get you exercising again WITH baby!
The different sections relevant to baby's age is a great idea, whilst even having workouts that can involve partners too. Workouts don't have to be hours long, some only lasting 9 mintues! There are also great tips to improve posture in the day-to-day lifting of little one. Exercise has now become a time to bond with Archie as well as keeping fit. He especially likes the workout where he gets lots of kisses. The only negative I can say is you need to make sure baby is happy (clean/fed etc.) before starting - this is recommended in the book. Although in this case you can opt for the outdoor workout whilst babe is in the stroller (hopefully sleeping)! I feel the price of £15.00 seems fair for what the book offers, as it grows with your level of fitness and baby's age. A great all round book, especially for thoose wanting to regain their pre-baby figure.

A swish awards ceremony at London’s InterContinental Hotel on Park Lane last month unveiled the winning beauty products no lady’s make-up bag should be without.
